When I pulled into the garage a service rep came over to greet me. He verified the service I requested. They sent me an inspection report within an hour and my car was ready an hour later. First class service and super friendly service reps.

Misdiagnosed my car twice while trying to charge $5,000 for things that were not issues which is riduculos concerding it is $250 a hour for just a diagnosis. Not to mention Parker lied to me when he said the extended warranty I have on the car wouldnt cover the repairs when turns out he never submitted a claim and they did end up covering some of the cost for the repairs once we let Blayne handle my claim. Completely un-trustworthy and not able to diagnosis car they specialize in, would not reccommend unless you are working with Blayne.

Amazing service and attention to detail! Eric did a great job detailing out what was needed and even explained a new policy implemented for transmission fluid drains (previously flushed) and explained what necessitated the change. I’ll return here for my upcoming service instead of going to Mountain States Toyota where they’ve missed details a couple of times over.

I've purchased two new vehicles here (Rav4 and 4Runner) and really, the new owners are the best. We love dropping our car here when it needs a repair. Not that we had any trouble when it was Larry Miller, but it's so much more personal now. They did a great job remodeling the place too. The service team is so wonderful and helpful, and they've never tried to sell us anything we didn't need or tell us our vehicle needed something it didn't need. Recently we had the vehicles in for a tire repair, brake replacement, new tires, alignments, etc., and just mileage checks. They have a lot of new, young faces, and I'm so glad to see our youth at work and being trained for their future. I hope Strat never leaves because he's been so helpful, always smiling and answering questions with so much patience. We really enjoy visiting with everyone from the parts personnel, Adam, to the general manager, Dylan. I just want to say THANK YOU for being so helpful and patient when we come in!

Which oil is new? Both are new oil straight from the motor dipstick after different oil changes, one from Maroon and one from another shop. The Maroon shop oil is the darker (A castrol high miles syn) vs the same oil type from a real shop. I questioned the oil color with the Maroone shop MGR / tech and the excuse was there is "old residual" oil in the pan.....my xxx.....Im calling you out, THE OIL WAS NEVER CHANGED. This little test took 2 different oil changes to prove integrity lost with some people. NEVER GOING BACK TO MAROONE, ALWAYS TALKING BAD ABOUT THIS. I cannot say enough about how they helped. If I lived closer to Castle Rock, Ethan and Todd would be my default, go-to Service Advisors. I was in a huge bind and they had little to no extra time to help, but they did. They listened, understood all the immediate pressures on me, and found a way to get it done. I will forever be in their debt because without their help, I would have unknowingly put my family, and horses, in a potentially dangerous situation. Ethan and Todd, thank you!
