My experience was great! Breakdown of the diagnostic was stress free and easily understood.
My one complaint is part my fault part service. I made an appointment for 1:30 and was told the service would take 2-3 hours. 2 hours past I called and my car want even touched. They were busy I understand. at 5:15pm I was notified I could pick up my car. Not knowing the service department closed at 6p, I made arrangements to pick up my car around 7p and was turned around without my car. User error and a little bit feeling misinformed.

I was told the reason I heard rattling in speaker due to levels set higher, which surprised me thought possibly my 5 year old daughter had tinkered with it, and it seemed to be an easy fix to reset it and rattling is gone? I am still hearing rattling? I usually am 100% satisfied but this time not. No reminder call, no update call. Dropped off car the night before and had to call them at 12 to see how things were going.

I purchased a brand new Jetta from this location and the experience was awesome. I have been bring my Jetta only here to get service and I have never had a problem until the other day. My grandson was working on my 1994 Jetta and called to talk to the part department to order a part that he needed. A lady by the name of Nicole answered the phone in the parts department and was very rude and not friendly at all and actually hung up on him. I will continue to bring my car in for service because of the great service but next time I need a part ordered I will go with a different dealership. This is why you only get 4 out of 5 stars from me.

2011 Land Rover LR4 - Could have been a nightmare!! - cpb
I bought a used 2011 Land Rover LR4 just before Christmas. When I went to the dealership to pick it up the next day (it had to be detailed and serviced) the wheels and rims had been stolen off of the vehicle. Apparently, there were several dealerships on the motor mile that were hit by thieves. Ivan (the sales manager) assured me that they would replace the rims and wheels with new ones but it would take about 2 weeks to get them in because they had to be ordered. So, the dealership lent me a vehicle the first week and I was out of town the 2nd week so it worked out ok. I returned the 1st week in January and picked up my car and it was shined and looking good.
Fast forward 4 weeks and the alternator and engine coil went out! Luckily, I purchased an extended warranty for my car (it's a Land Rover......something is bound to break and be expensive) but the engine coil was not covered by the warranty and was going to cost me $900! I called Scott (my salesman) and let him know I was not happy with what happened and he contacted Ivan who said to bring it in and let them take a look at it. After having the vehicle a couple of days, Ivan said the dealership would cover the cost of the parts so I was only out of pocket the labor cost to repair the car.
I would also like to add that Jerry (service manager at Powers location) was an absolute gentleman! I will take my vehicle back to this location for service in the future. Thanks, guys!

I needed to replace a broken fuel and vent line clip. But the parts database did not even show the part as being on my vehicle. One of the parts guys, Juan, worked magic to find the supposed replacement. When it came, however, it was the older part, which had actually never fit the vent line properly, probably causing the original break. The parts manager, Joe, helped me the second time. We located photographs on an aftermarket web site of an even later variant of the clip that looked like it would fit my lines. He ordered that and it fit perfectly.
I was gratified nobody tried to convince me I was wrong in my diagnosis of the problem. Nor did they insist they had to order the part Juan had turned up just because VW's system said it would fit my car. In other words, they were only concerned with fixing my problem, not in proving their system was correct.
This was the second time they've helped resolve issues with part version updates. And their prices are frequently less than the local discount stores.

We've been going to Mike Maroone VW for four years and it just keeps getting progressively worse. This week, I called for three days to try to talk to someone (We usually deal with Andre, who has been very good to work with.) and was told I would get a call. I even scheduled a service appointment but asked to talk to someone before we bring our car. They said they would have Andre call me. We have brought our car in for the same issue before and I just wanted to know a ballpark figure of the cost to repair and a time frame, as we live quite a bit away and I have kids in school I need to arrange to get. No one ever called. I called twice the day of the appointment and was sent to voicemail by the friendly scheduler. I cancelled the appointment. We will go elsewhere. It's been getting worse with every experience. I was told it would be an hour last time and I sat in the showroom, waiting for four hours while I got an oil change. Does anyone else service VW's?
Stole my stuff - Navy130
Braught my car in to get a new computer they took a little while to track down the part which was to be expected and it was all in all well priced. But after i got the car back i realised that a few things were stolen out of the car and the dealership has been far from helpfull in dealing with me just saying well were not responsable sir, as the stuff that was stolen will but me back a bit to replace i say just go to another dealership scip this one all together.

We brought our car in for a simple prescheduled repair that would take no more than 39 minutes. We were a bit pressed for time because we were leaving town. After speaking to Milo, and getting nowhere in expediting this simple matter, I was transferred to Todd. Todd said he would take care of this matter promptly. Unfortunately, Todd did not live up to his statements.
I would recommend Tynans VW as the service and professionalism at Emich is lacking. I would note the many complaints in this regard. Hopefully, ownership will work to address the complaints.
When we did get the car back they had a list of recommended repairs. Up selling is really disgusting to me and I do not appreciate it.

I live in Oregon and purchaced my vehicle from Lithia of Roseburg,Or. Visit Denver often as my kids and grandkids are here. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!
