After a severe hailstorm left my car totaled, I contacted Hyundai of Greeley on a Friday morning to find a replacement vehicle. Casey was assigned to assist me and provided exceptional service. Communicating exclusively through text and email, we reached an agreement on the price of a low-mileage 2019 Elantra, scheduled for pick-up on Monday.
That afternoon, while dealing with my insurance company, I discovered that due to a minor recall repair issue, they would not cover the vehicle. Despite Casey's diligent efforts to resolve the issue with my insurance company, we were unable to find a resolution. Demonstrating great commitment to my needs and budget, Casey worked tirelessly to offer me a deal on a brand new Elantra SE.
On Monday, after a two-and-a-half-hour drive, we picked up our new car in a seamless and efficient process. However, I then introduced a complication. My daughter, who also needed a new vehicle and had a different insurance company and with my suggestion, decided to purchase the 2019 Elantra I initially considered. With Casey’s help and a few phone calls to my daughter, we completed the necessary paperwork within an hour and drove home to have her sign it.
Today is Tuesday, and Hyundai of Greeley is delivering the car tomorrow, even waiving the $50 delivery fee. Hyundai of Greeley has certainly earned my loyalty. They will be my first and hopefully only choice for all my automotive needs.
