AJ was patient and straightforward and never pressured me once. He answered every question I had, and I had a lot of them. He treated a used car purchase like it mattered, because to me it does. 👍👍 Don't think I have said this before in my 70+ years, but a very pleasant and stress-free car buying experience. The agent we worked with, Luke Trujillo, was knowledgeable and professional and took the extra time and effort to make sure my wife and daughter-in-law had all of their questions answered (since obviously I won't get to drive it.) and were part of the buying process. Just as we thought we were going to sign the papers, a slight hiccup came up and Luke solved the issue overnight. Drove away in our "Bimmer" the next morning. Job well done Luke. God forbid at my age I ever have to buy another vehicle, but if so, will gladly give Luke and Prestige a call.
