She helped me through the entire windshield replacement process and worked extremely hard with my insurance company to make sure I got the best deal possible. Her relentless determination and dedication to helping customers is unmatched. What really stood out to me was how much effort she put into making everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like that anymore. Thank you again for all your hard work, professionalism, and amazing customer service. With our family recently growing, we knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t want to feel pressured into settling for something close enough. Wilson really took the time to help us find the right fit. He was patient, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever coming across as pushy. We had a ton of questions throughout the process, and he always took the time to answer them thoroughly and honestly. It genuinely felt like he cared more about getting it right than just making a sale. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and he even helped move things along so we could make it back in time for daycare pickup in our new car. We’re extremely happy with both the XC90 and the experience working with Wilson. If you want someone who’s knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend him and McDonald Volvo.

My husband and I were so overwhelmed with our car search and were worried coming here may be just one more example of the sleazy used car salesman trope--we could not have been more wrong!! Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within Autonation's inventory, but genuinely felt badly because Joseph was that pivotal in our search! Great guy, and a wonderful ally in the often stressful and overwhelming car buying process.

There are some very smart folks down in service who re always ready to help if you need work on your vehicle. They moved mountains, getting just the right truck I wanted, even going as far as trading vehicle with a competitor so I could buy from them. The best car buying experience ever! Tarnue and the team were awesome in being professional, friendly, transparent, no-pressure, and informative from start to finish. You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again!

When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. One of the main reasons I went back to King GMC is their service department and staff. Always attentive and ready to help. Try this dealership once and you won't go anywhere else. Thank You, Rex.

I completely forgot to update the review here. Update: Improved Experience with Grand Kia, about 6 months ago. After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia. It’s clear they value customer feedback and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Recommendation: I appreciate the efforts in turning my experience around. For potential customers, I recommend engaging directly with the service team and management to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of any issues.
