My experience with DarCars Infiniti of Greenwich has been exceptional. From the moment I scheduled my appointment for repairs, to providing a loaner vehicle for my convenience, to the moment I picked up my car, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Everything was completed quickly and professionally, and the staff took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. Their customer service truly stood out. I will definitely bring my car back to DarCars Infiniti of Greenwich for future services.

After driving other less comfortable cars for 10 years, I wanted luxury and comfort. My 2022 QX50 is used but is a beautiful, comfortable car. Alvaro my salesman was amazingly easy to work with, incredibly informative and he listened to my concerns. Igor the manager and Carmen in finance were great too. An overall positive car buying experience and I highly recommend Alvaro Q.!

These guys have been so professional and helpful. I live in New Hampshire and bought a car for my son who just graduated college. I was very very nervous buying a used three year old car sight unseen but it was exactly as described and from start to finish they didn't miss a beat. It was actually easier than buying a car locally ha! I only wish I could visit for service but the three hour drive makes it impossible. It would almost be worth it from what I can tell of these guys and how they do business.
