I been a member with them since 2016 and dealing with Peter busher is the worst experience ever the guy will talk a fast one to either get over or not do his job according then when u show proof of documents of car service and him trying to use cut the warranty company out and get money from me talking about let's cut the middle man out duh I am the middle man if warranty pays for the job then by me show proof the owner step in and try and lie and cover for him when I submit paperwork from other dealing about car .then try to charge me money after he mess up the contract money months later without no paperwork stated that I owe until I try and get a oil change he said I owe 2100 to put my gasket back on after he call me and told me to pick up car gave me keys and never show any paperwork saying I owed or invoice and if u go on there site under reviews you will see my proof and they block me from replying to reviews

The sales person I did my lease in 2020 was great but every time that I mentioned any issue during the lease term to the service department they would say they can't hear the noise or some xx excuse. Once the car was bought out of the lease then things changed....how convenient. They also like to add a ton of things that the car supposedly needs when it really does NOT!!

Brought my car for service. Technicians were able to diagnose the problem quickly. Service team was very responsive and helpful. Also provided me with a loaner. Very happy with my experience. Would recommend.

Utterly disgusted at the lack of professionalism and how unprepared the salesman (Omar) and his manager were. Walked in hoping to buy a CPO out right and was constantly asked if I was serious about buying today, and if I wasn’t to keep shopping elsewhere. Their cars are over priced and poorly maintained, most in need of new breaks and rotors. Stay away!! You’re wasting your time if you shop here! no Volvo experience at this “dealership” at all.. STAY AWAY!
