Was sold an xc90 recharge with faulty plugs, returned a few days later for correct plug, was sent home again with faulty ones. On my third trip back I was finally given the correct plug but their service advisors couldn’t have been less helpful everyone was on multi hour lunch breaks and those left to staff simply didn’t feel like it. Had to get sales involved. In the parking lot other customers were commiserating about how bad Riley Stamford is. Go to Westport instead.

We drive all the way from Brookfield to Litchfield to have our Volvo serviced. We love and trust Steve Norton. He always takes care of our problems. He always manages to fit us in somehow, even when it appears that he's full of cars to be repaired already. Ed in parts is helpful,too. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The Baldwins

Utterly disgusted at the lack of professionalism and how unprepared the salesman (Omar) and his manager were. Walked in hoping to buy a CPO out right and was constantly asked if I was serious about buying today, and if I wasn’t to keep shopping elsewhere. Their cars are over priced and poorly maintained, most in need of new breaks and rotors. Stay away!! You’re wasting your time if you shop here! no Volvo experience at this “dealership” at all.. STAY AWAY!
