I made an appointment to test drive a used Jeep Cherokee in the afternoon, and the vehicle was up front and ready at my appointment time. The sales manager greeted me and was very welcoming while Keith set us up for the test drive. Keith was very knowledgeable about the Cherokee, answered all our questions, and made sure to point out all of the features. When it came time to discuss numbers, Keith was incredibly respectful and courteous to work with. He even left his desk to give my husband and I privacy to make a decision. I felt that Keith was truly interested in helping me find what was right for me and wanted to provide the best customer service possible. I did not feel like I was just a potential sales number as I have at other dealerships.
The finance manager also helped make the paperwork as easy as possible. He answered our questions thoroughly, and explained each paper before I signed.
Everyone we worked with were some of the friendliest people we’ve met. I highly recommend this team for anyone purchasing a new or used car!

Vehicle Damage - Keithw1104
2019 ram white was towed in for service. Vehicle had no damage done to it. When I received the vehicle back (at night) I simply drove home. The following day I noticed blue markings on the drive side mirror from where it was hit going into a service lift, the passenger side mirror had wall damage from were it scraped against the building. I spoke with a manager and he said it was not his facility that caused the damage nor was he going to review video of the occurrence. FYI @holden dodge lifts are blue. So now all I can do is simply strongly encourage you to inspect your vehicle after service from them.

I've never been treated more rudely than I was treated here. This was AFTER paying cash for a used car and needing a second key because the Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased only had one. I've never purchased a vehicle without two sets of keys. I asked them to make me a second key, not for free; I just asked for them to make me one at their cost. Spoke to my salesperson, the service manager and the sales manager. The sales manager, Pat, was the worst. They're nice until they get your money, then the relationship ends. They could have made things right for literally pennies. I bought my first car there in 1986. Awful. I'll never darken their door again.
