This is now Cheifland Ford, my wife and I moved to Archer Florida from Ohio and our 2018 F150 had a recall that needed to be done along with some other service, we didn't know what dealer to trust so we decided to give Cheifland Ford a chance and I'm so glad we did. Great service department, just hope their sales department is as good, we will find out in a few years when the lease is up on our truck. Can't say enough about how great the service was. Sal Coppola handled our fourth Lincoln with Germain, and it was easy and it was easy and pleasant, and unlike reputed "used car salesman" rhetoric.
Together with Leslie Sass, data for the lease was prepared in advance. We did have some questions about alternate products and arrangements, and he/they were prepared with rapid and complete responses after a few moments to check same in their computer.
He carefully explained the new terms and lease programs to us, and even had a car in preparation during our discussions if it turned out his predictions were accurate .... and they were.
WE will definitley return to Sal and Germain in the future.

Pines Ford has never offered me a coupon or a car wash when servicing my car. Also, they charge way more than Ft. Lauderdale and Metro Ford in Miami. I needed a new key FOB. Pines quoted me $325.00 , I paid $100.00 less with programing and all at Metro Ford. Got tires, oil change and breaks a coupon book to use towards today’s service an a car wash!

Worked with a salesperson to draft paperwork, I got a loan approved, the last step was to reserve it for 4 days so I could fly in from California to do a last look and drive it off the lot. I booked flights and accommodations and got quotes on shipping it back to California only to get a dismissive email this morning that the car had been sold by another salesperson. Furious, I kept asking what happened until i finally received a call that when they were inspecting the car (I asked for them to do that) they found “so much wrong” that they went straight to auction with it, without informing me of what’s wrong. I call xxxxxxxx. They won’t share the report and now I’m stuck with flights to Florida. Don’t do business here.

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.

When I put my turn signal the car lost power, the panel went completely off, and the steering wheel LOCKED I COULDN'T STEER THE VEHICLE WHILE I was merging on to I-4 with MY KIDS IN THE CAR.

My wife and I come to Florida every year from Michigan. We spend the winters at are home in Treasure Island.We have bought Mercurys and Lincolns from Scarritt Lincoln Mercury for years . We were buying from them when they were on 34th street in south St. Petersbursg. Everyone at the dealership was always friendly and helpful. The General Manager and son of the owner , Morgan Scarritt is one of the main reasons we kept coming back. He always gave us personal attention by helping us purchase the right vehicle at the right price, ensuring that we got very quick service and that our vehicles were always serviced properly. We enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere that always existed at Scarritt Lincoln Mercury. My wife and I are very sad to find out that they are no longer in business and I guess they sold the territory to Autonation . We will miss Scarritt Lincoln Mercury!!
