Brand New Lincoln Black Label. Dealership has had the car 3 times as the car dies after 3 days of no use. I told them I would pick it up today - it its not washed and the car not running. Useless staff. I am annoyed at the dealership and FORD. They cant figure out what is wrong with the car and they just tell you a BS story every time. USELESS and they don't CARE. The car has a problem it does not work. One of the staff members said "well you cant keep the key in the car". Right and the key wasn't in the car as it say in their parking lot for 3 days !!!!! No CLUE

i had an appointment for 10 am for an oil change. i arrived at 9;30 am and checked my car in. at 10;45 i asked when my car would be ready and was told about an hour and a half longer . a asked if they started on the car yet and they said no. i had them bring the car up and left with no oil change. i purchased the car there new and expect better service than that i will find another ford dealer in the future that wants and appreciates my business .

I purchased a car Saturday (5/29/2021) at 8:00pm with Robert (Sales Person). I called Robert the same night when I arrived home with the car to let him know that it was making a very loud and unusual sound. Robert mentioned that it was normal because the car has been parked for a very long time and I just needed to drive it a little more. The sound was not normal at all to me so I told him I would come-by the dealer the next day which was Sunday (5/30/2021). When I arrived the next day I spoke with Robert who drove the car and immediately mentioned that it sounds like the tire is rubbing into something. I did not agree with him and the evaluation he made which is why I requested to speak the used car manager. The manager drove the car and advised me to bring it back when the services department opens since they were closed due to "Memorial Day weekend". I dropped off the car (6/1/2021) at 8:39 AM per his suggestions. The car was evaluated by Jose who is the specialist in these types of cars. I have learned that the issue with the car looks to be a differential problem which basically transmits engine power to the wheels... I'm not a car expert but this is not an issue I should be having with a car that has just been purchased. These types of issues should be addressed prior to the car old/new being sold to a prospective buyer. My only concern since day one has been the safety of my boys and I as I have mentioned to them multiple times. At this point I would like for these people to face me nd find a solution for me. According to them the issue has been resolved but being that its related to the engine I don't feel comfortable taking the car anymore. I have been trying to speak with a supervisor since yesterday at 8:30am which is when I dropped off the car and I'm still waiting.... I have communicated with my sales person that I need to speak with someone that has "decision making power" multiple times and nothing. I would like for a supervisor to communicate with me in regards to this issues ASAP because I'm tired of people ignoring me and not taking my concerns seriously. When I arrived there on Saturday it was about 8 people who came-out to help me but now that I'm having this issue nobody is willing to call me or face me. They know who I am and they have my information. Also, please save the apologies and the thank you because I'm not interested at this time.

Definitely one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've had. I saw a listing on AutoTrader.com for a Scion XB that was just taken in on trade at Bill Jarrett Ford. I reached out and quickly heard back from Tori Richards; internet sales manager. The listing didn't have pictures yet since the vehicle wasn't even detailed yet, but Tori offered to snap some pics and text them to me. She even took the time to FaceTime me while at the vehicle since I couldn't just "stop by the dealer" to see for myself (I'm from Tampa which is 1hr 45min away). She pointed out the flaws on the used vehicle (expected given the age of the car), but also took the time to see if there was any other questions I had. I decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase, but I couldn't make it there until the next day. I didn't want to lose the car to another buyer, but Tori and her manager agreed to hold the vehicle for me until the next day. Went there and the vehicle was just as described by Tori. She was gone by the time I arrived, but she left all the details with a fellow colleague named Dee (which was also great to work with). They had my paperwork all set to go. It was literally a 15 min transaction. I was thrilled to be in and out of a dealership that quickly. A+ for the staff at Bill Jarrett Ford! Special thanks to Tori, Dee, and Rosalee (I believe that was her name) to making it one of the easiest car buying experiences.

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.

My wife and I come to Florida every year from Michigan. We spend the winters at are home in Treasure Island.We have bought Mercurys and Lincolns from Scarritt Lincoln Mercury for years . We were buying from them when they were on 34th street in south St. Petersbursg. Everyone at the dealership was always friendly and helpful. The General Manager and son of the owner , Morgan Scarritt is one of the main reasons we kept coming back. He always gave us personal attention by helping us purchase the right vehicle at the right price, ensuring that we got very quick service and that our vehicles were always serviced properly. We enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere that always existed at Scarritt Lincoln Mercury. My wife and I are very sad to find out that they are no longer in business and I guess they sold the territory to Autonation . We will miss Scarritt Lincoln Mercury!!
