In for service visit - ex-diesel dude
My 2017 Focus was due for its 8K mile oil change. Called and made an appointment to have the work done. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that their computer system had been struck by lightning the evening before and they were "dead in the water".
I spoke with service advisor "Kendall" and she said that they would be able to perform the service, as it was just an oil and filter change.
The car was ready about an hour later. Because the computer system was down, I was unable to pay for the service. Kendall stated that she would call me when the computers came back on to get my payment information. I had taken the car in for service on Wednesday, Kendall called on Friday. Two days in a car dealership with no computers, somebody is in deep do-do!

Manager David Marrero was very unprofessional at the end on almost a sale. He lied without valid arguments after everything was ready to buy the vehicle and my credit was ran.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Fred was our salesperson, and Robbie service man. For starters we were lied to about the final price, and during final signing after having our loan approved, they continued to throw in more charges costing me an extra $1,000 if I wanted to drive off with the car. Then they promised the windows for the car (which were taken by previous owner and not on at time of sale) would be in the day the car was ready to drive off (the following day). It took almost 3 weeks from initial sale to get the windows for the car, and Fred was so disrespectful and could have cared less because after they all they had their money at this point and didn’t care if we had our windows. This process was a nightmare and would never recommend to anyone!

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.

Stock # : 95147A VIN : 1G11B5SA9DF257896 and two days later I had to return the car, I almost got killed in this car. When I put my turn signal the car lost power, the panel went completely off, and the steering wheel LOCKED I COULDN'T STEER THE VEHICLE WHILE I was merging on to I-4 with MY KIDS IN THE CAR.

My wife and I come to Florida every year from Michigan. We spend the winters at are home in Treasure Island.We have bought Mercurys and Lincolns from Scarritt Lincoln Mercury for years . We were buying from them when they were on 34th street in south St. Petersbursg. Everyone at the dealership was always friendly and helpful. The General Manager and son of the owner , Morgan Scarritt is one of the main reasons we kept coming back. He always gave us personal attention by helping us purchase the right vehicle at the right price, ensuring that we got very quick service and that our vehicles were always serviced properly. We enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere that always existed at Scarritt Lincoln Mercury. My wife and I are very sad to find out that they are no longer in business and I guess they sold the territory to Autonation . We will miss Scarritt Lincoln Mercury!!
