Service appointments are meaningless. - kia customer
I went to pines ford last week for oil change. They were busy, said it would take 2 to 3 hours. Marco, the quick lane advisor suggested I make an appointment. Showed up for my 10 o'clock appointment today on time. I came back after an hour and was told I was still behind 5 cars. It would be another 1 1/2 hours at least.
After Marco told me there was nothing he could do, I asked to see service manager. He was in meeting. I went to front desk. They called over amber, the service coordinator. She basically told me the same as Marco. They took more appointments than they could handle in a reasonable time and I would just have to wait. She also told me something I thought wss kind of odd. If I had made appointment online. I would have been guaranteed service within an hour. Since I made the appointment at the dealership, I was basically out of luck. What a strange policy.
After spending a half hour trying to make my case, I casually mentioned that I would put my experience on line. A amazingly, Marco, the service advisor magically moved me to the front of line. After all that, my quick lane oil change with appointments wound up taking only 2 hours and a lot of aggravation and complaining.
At the end, I did speak to Robert Guzman, the service manager. He apologized, gave me his card, but basically said the same thing, we have more business than we have mechanics to handle it.
Heres an idea - stop taking appointments for customers you already know you can't handle. The customers time is valuable too. Respect the customer enough to tell him in advance that you overbooked. And when you do screw up, don't tell the customer all your issues and problems, simply apologize and ask what you can do to make it right.
2013 CHEVY MALIBU BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!! - car
I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu 1LS Sedan 4 cyls Exterior Color : Tan Mileage : 26,352 Miles
Stock # : 95147A VIN : 1G11B5SA9DF257896 and two days later I had to return the car, I almost got killed in this car. When I put my turn signal the car lost power, the panel went completely off, and the steering wheel LOCKED I COULDN'T STEER THE VEHICLE WHILE I was merging on to I-4 with MY KIDS IN THE CAR.
THIS CAR KEPT MALFUNCTIONING, BUYER BE AWARE I RETURNED THIS CAR FRIDAY AFTERNOON FEB. 24, 2017 TODAY IS SUNDAY FEB 26TH AND THE CAR IS BACK ON THE WEBSITE FOR SALE BE AWARE. THEY KNOW THIS CAR IS NO GOOD AND THEY ARE TRYING TO RE-SELL IT. THIS CAR IS NO GOOD. READ THE BLOGS THE CHEVROLET HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CORRECT THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WITH THESE CARS, HOW DID FORD FIX IT IN A DAY?????

Service Dept. is not dependable - Disappointed in Paul Clark Ford
For my scheduled appointment, Service Dept. was not dependable, didn't stand behind their word and didn't value their customers time. If you take your vehicle for scheduled warranty work and are told that a loaner vehicle will be available for you upon your arrival, don't count on it., as in my case.

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.

My wife and I come to Florida every year from Michigan. We spend the winters at are home in Treasure Island.We have bought Mercurys and Lincolns from Scarritt Lincoln Mercury for years . We were buying from them when they were on 34th street in south St. Petersbursg. Everyone at the dealership was always friendly and helpful. The General Manager and son of the owner , Morgan Scarritt is one of the main reasons we kept coming back. He always gave us personal attention by helping us purchase the right vehicle at the right price, ensuring that we got very quick service and that our vehicles were always serviced properly. We enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere that always existed at Scarritt Lincoln Mercury. My wife and I are very sad to find out that they are no longer in business and I guess they sold the territory to Autonation . We will miss Scarritt Lincoln Mercury!!
