All staff are customer oriented, friendly, and helpful. Tommy Collins was my rep and was outstanding - very efficient and friendly. And he's a USMC Vet - tremendous PLUS. Service Manager Justin Joeger was also around and very friendly and helpful as usual. Great Service Dept. - have been a customer for four years and will continue.

I had a something in my tire making it go flat and i came to service dept and was greated by Chris Beaudry. He got me in and out in just a few minutes. He was super nice and helpful and new i had to hurry to get my kids from school and he made sure i was taken care of in a timely manner. I'm so glad to have gotten him as my service advisor that day!! Awesome Ford Service Advisor!! Look foward to future visits at foed service dept and dealing with Chris!!

I came in for.....my right side, turn signal bulb replacement. is was the first item, that needed to be replaced after 6 months of my father and I (Darryl Rice) leasing the 2017 Ford Fiesta at Pines Ford. Everyone was cordial and helpful. My service advisor, Chris Beck, was very nice. He had also helped me a week earlier, for another part of the car (the sun roof). I also said hello to Kerry, our Ford sales and leasing consultant. While I was at the service department Tuesday morning, they gave my Ford Fiesta, an overall inspection. I thought that was very nice of Pines Ford to do that for us.

I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu 1LS Sedan 4 cyls Exterior Color : Tan Mileage : 26,352 Miles
Stock # : 95147A VIN : 1G11B5SA9DF257896 and two days later I had to return the car, I almost got killed in this car. When I put my turn signal the car lost power, the panel went completely off, and the steering wheel LOCKED I COULDN'T STEER THE VEHICLE WHILE I was merging on to I-4 with MY KIDS IN THE CAR.
THIS CAR KEPT MALFUNCTIONING, BUYER BE AWARE I RETURNED THIS CAR FRIDAY AFTERNOON FEB. 24, 2017 TODAY IS SUNDAY FEB 26TH AND THE CAR IS BACK ON THE WEBSITE FOR SALE BE AWARE. THEY KNOW THIS CAR IS NO GOOD AND THEY ARE TRYING TO RE-SELL IT. THIS CAR IS NO GOOD. READ THE BLOGS THE CHEVROLET HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CORRECT THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WITH THESE CARS, HOW DID FORD FIX IT IN A DAY?????

For my scheduled appointment, Service Dept. was not dependable, didn't stand behind their word and didn't value their customers time. If you take your vehicle for scheduled warranty work and are told that a loaner vehicle will be available for you upon your arrival, don't count on it., as in my case.

Stay away from Brian Gurney. Big Liar!!! They misdiagnosed my car and wanted me to pay $550.00 and drive away with the same problem. I returned and they refunded me after looking over the car again. I went to drive away for the second time now and notice this time my hood would not close and I told Brian and he tried to blame me for it being that way all along just after he had told me that they would never work on my car again. How rude can you get. I told him ok and I would report them. He said wait I need to get my boss and he did. He tried to tell the boss that lie about he thinks the hood was out of line all along. He did not write it down or ask me about it. They tried to fix it two days later but it's still out of alignment. This is awful. Stay away from these guys especially Brian. Big Liar!!!

My wife and I come to Florida every year from Michigan. We spend the winters at are home in Treasure Island.We have bought Mercurys and Lincolns from Scarritt Lincoln Mercury for years . We were buying from them when they were on 34th street in south St. Petersbursg. Everyone at the dealership was always friendly and helpful. The General Manager and son of the owner , Morgan Scarritt is one of the main reasons we kept coming back. He always gave us personal attention by helping us purchase the right vehicle at the right price, ensuring that we got very quick service and that our vehicles were always serviced properly. We enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere that always existed at Scarritt Lincoln Mercury. My wife and I are very sad to find out that they are no longer in business and I guess they sold the territory to Autonation . We will miss Scarritt Lincoln Mercury!!
