I had the most pleasant experience not once, but twice with this dealership. I helped a friend buy a car and they faciltated that loan protecting me all along. I then had to take the car away from this person 9 mo later, and brought it back to the same dealership and they facilitated a trade with my brother and myself with an even swap. I was so appreciative of Alex in Financing, Tom in used cars and most of all Regina Nicotra as my sales lady involved in both transactions. I want to do a shout out to Adam in Service he was AWESOME helping me out with the return of the car. Thank ya'll so much and hope to do business again... Thank you all for restoring my faith in car dealerships that are honest and trust worthy. I have bought 11+ vehicles over the years at various dealerships and have never been treated with so much respect and courtesy from a dealership. Usually they see a single woman come in and either do 1) ignore me until I go up to someone and say can you help me or 2) think I don't know anything about cars and try to up the price on me with various add ons or fees or whatever else they can think of.. Tis dealership does not. They did not know I could write a check for whatever car I wanted, and was treated as if I could from the get go.

I want to take a moment to recognize and praise Jacob Thrift for his outstanding professionalism, patience, and the time he took to listen to my wife and me with full attentiveness. We brought in our certified pre-owned 2022 Acura MDX due to ongoing audio disruptions from the infotainment system; at times the audio would cut out completely, and the screen would even shut off altogether. Jacob not only listened carefully to our concerns but also ensured every detail was accurately relayed to the technician, including the video we had captured showing the issue as it occurred. This level of attention to detail and Jacob’s commitment to fully communicating our experience directly resulted in the problem being completely resolved. It is truly refreshing to experience this kind of customer service; not only from a dealership but from someone as professional and dedicated as Jacob. It speaks volumes about the effort Acura of Orange Park puts into selecting team members who genuinely care about their customers. We located the vehicle online, made an appointment and were greeter by McCartney. He had the vehicle ready to test drive and away we went. Brought it home the next day but noticed a concern with the brakes. They contacted me within the hour, brought in the car as scheduled and was out with a loaner within 15 minutes.I then received a video of the tech researching the concern. Who does that?! I was amazed at their level of detail. Picked it up with the concerns corrected the next morning. It was a great experience.

I was nervous about coming here for service based on the reviews…but this was absolutely the best experience. I have Audi Care so absolutely everything was paid for with no upselling. They took a video when it was done to show me what had been done and the condition of the car. The people were super nice. My service advisor Kristy Harrington was amazing. 10/10 experience.
