The staff is helpful but the owners don't care about their customers. I was sold a lemon. It has issues with the transmission, ac, belt, computer and the radiator. I asked them to make it right and put me in another vehicle. I was told I would have to make another down payment and add the remainder of my original loan on top of that. Not to mention the vehicle I purchased was listed at over $7000 and was only worth $2000. Do not buy a car here unless you want to overpay & have your vehicle break down before it is paid off. Update They sell lemons and have you pay extra for the warranty. The only problem with that is they refuse to honor their warranties. Good luck if you decide to purchase a car here. You will def be disappointed.

They lied and tried to steal $6000 more than the listed price! extremely rude and unprofessional!! Changed the listing price of 10,999 to over $16,000 waited till AFTER I paied to have it added to my insurance to say anything. He said on his website there was $2999 in fees so I guess that means he was just trying to pocket $2000?, kept walking away during the sale, said it was his car, he put alot of work and money into it even though there was a flat tire, broken rear gate, evap leak, bad catalytic converter(I scanned it with obd2 dtc scanner) I drove over 6 hours from PA with a baby and a pregnant wife to be lied to and disrespected by a greesy slimeball hustler conman, I could tell as soon as I pulled up he had an attitude problem, he even cursed at and threatened my wife! I've purchased alot of cars and it was never more than 500-600 dollars to have it registered and fees! I'm disgusted and furious!! to lie

After being totally exhausted by every car dealer in Vero I found After Lease Auto and they worked with my cheerfully, happily, and after closing time as I didn't arrive until 5. The whole team made the experience a pleasant one. Love my "new to me" car and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car there although hopefully not for a few years yet!

Truly exceptional personal contempt for walk in customers. I don't believe that this is a real,operating business...if it was,they would have shut down years ago.More likely,its a front for one of the Miami area's shadier criminal enterprises.A storefront and a few junk cars out front give them the appearance of a real (shady) used car lot. Thank goodness they would not return my calls or texts or emails.I found a very well cared for used car of the same model for less money with a nice,reputable dealer a few miles away.

I was told that atfer 12 on time payments I could come back and refinance. Ona recent visit I saw that Car port Sales and Leasing was at a new location on Semoran Blvd in Winter Park, under new management as well. John and Lisa were very friendly and happy to help me. And thanks to them, I was refinanced through CFE Credit Union and they were able to get $100 a month taken off my car payment making it much more affordable. John is a great guy and is willing to bend over backwards to help you get a good deal. Definitely will recommend

We bought an 08 Chevrolet pickup through Ebay from this dealer in mid-December. They did not deliver the pickup due to title issues and after a month gave us a partial refund. We exchanged many emails and a few phone calls but they did not send the rest of the refund. After two months the Ebay Auction Insurance Company refunded the $7,000 Motorcars of Tampa Bay owed us, for which we are thankful. The entire transaction was online. After this we will go to a dealership when buying a vehicle.

Dropped by Nations Trucks on Saturday, February 23, 2019, looking to possibly purchase a Truck. Arrived around 2, looked around, found the one I'd actually been looking for, for nearly a year! Took a test drive, made one offer and I NOW HAVE AN AWESOME TRUCK in my driveway! All-in-all about a 2 1/2 hour process. If you're in the market for a pre-owned truck, you simply HAVE TO GO TO NATIONS TRUCKS in Sanford, Florida. Our salesperson was Robert, and he couldn't have been more friendly, courteous or professional. In fact, the ENTIRE staff was amazing! All the way from Big Country (what an inspirational life he's living), to the General Manager (hope you didn't get in trouble for that awesome deal) to even the Finance Manager. Had a low speed collision at a stop sign less than one year ago; sun toyota had the car for two weeks to repair/replace the rear bumper,trunk lid, and a cracked light. The paint job was obnoxious (paint runoff, debris embedded within paint, imperfections every inch you look). Still had a dent in bumper. Had the surprise of plastic clips literally spring out of trunk the first time opened. Noticed a bolt hanging down out of place on undercarriage cover, further inspection revealed they had broken the plastic. Even noticed a very oddly shaped dent in drivers door that appears as if they had attempted some degree of repair. All very disappointing but we had the car back and didn't want to bother with it. Well less than one year later the poor paint job began to literally fall off the car; unacceptable and pathetic obviously so we called our insurance. Sadly sun toyota collision center took the car the next week to fix the issue. 6 days later we get a call saying the cars ready. First noticed the paint job is still pathetic (bubbles and debris throughout), drive down the street to notice we now have no turn/brake light (too difficult i guess to reconnect such an important safety feature). We also now have a nice new deep scratch running diagonally on the exterior side of drivers window. Final conclusion is they provide lazy pathetic work (not just once, twice even on a return due to poor work) and will cause extra damage to your vehicle. Ive had much nicer work done at maaco. Please stay away and if you have no choice pay very good attention to your vehicle before and after, if they are consistently doing this to my ride it's not a fluke. They begged and begged for only a 5star review the first time, gladly decided not to review until now.

Deceiving, scammmers, waste of time, and listen to the 1 star reviews. Avoid these guys at all costs. They listed a 2014 HONDA CRV with 58,000 miles. I talk to a guy named Tony from here. I go to take a 2 hour ride to the dealer as I called Tony before as he said oh yeah cars here. I will set you guys a appointment just come. We get there and this place is doing business in a small trailer. There's over 20 customers here. I go in here with my mother and tell a woman Tony set a appointment for us. She said Tony is our internet salesman he's not here right now. I ask if the HONDA CRV is here. The woman oh if it's here it be at that spot. I go out and it's not there. My mother talking to the woman as she asks oh did you see it online? Oh it may be the cars still getting here or it's already sold. The woman asks what color was it. Mom said white and that woman said oh those pictures may be a car that looks like the same car but it may not be that car listed. We get in our car immediately and call Tony once again. His assistant says oh he's out on lunch he's with his family. So not only did we waste 2 hours driving here, Tony lied about that car being there, he also is helping to scam people on the website from that dealer and I put in a big complaint to cancel these guys from ever selling on cars.com at least. I haven't heard anything at all since but please listen to me. This is as of March 2022. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR LET THEM EVEN TALK TO YOU! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This Guy is a Crook, he buys cars and never fixes anything. He will tell you bring your mechanic to check out the car and if they find anything wrong he will fix. Well guess what? The car has never been checked in the first place. He will have buyers sign a secretive disclosure not to go public with complaints on his stealership. He will lie and say say don't worry it's nothing just typical noise on the car when it needs major repairs. This guy needs a bunch of picket signs in front of his place to show all he's a Crook that has very poor grammar that writes all the POSITIVE reviews on the various car sites about his stealership.

Purchased my second car from Vinnie. I am an out of state buyer so I am picky with whom I deal with when I am purchasing anything sight unseen. Just as with my first purchase, Vinnie made the whole transaction very smooth and pleasant. I had a trade in this time around (the wife wanted to upgrade to a Land Rover) so I was nervous about how everything will work out. Vinnie went above and beyond to address any of my concerns and questions. He even offered to do a video call to show me the car before I drove in! He asked me for the information for my trade and gave me a very fair price which I was happy with. When I arrived to Tampa, Vinnie went over all of the options in the car to make sure that I knew as much about the car as he did and boy did I learn a few things! We never felt rushed or pressured at any point which is nice for a change. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge about cars the first time around but I’m glad to see that this time around was just as pleasant. Purchased a 2006 Clean Car Fax Ford F-350 from Octavio Duran. When I called about the vehicle he stated that there were three things wrong whit the truck. Seats were in poor shape, small nicks and scratches and injector seals. After driving away from the dealer ship the Throttle control indicator came on the dash indicating limp mode. I took it to my local dealer where they showed me the damage from the previous accidents from the front and rear of the truck. Tried to conflict resolute and return the truck. I have the emails showing that he agreed to this. He reneged today on that promise by sending me a letter in the mail. Legal action has been started and I have filed a formal complaint via the Florida Motor Vehicle Safety Division.
