Awesome service in the Hyundai Service Department - I was in from out of town and got a flat tire- and I mean totally flat no driving on it what so ever- needed a new tire ASAP to be able to drive back home- 7 hours away. Hunter Mila at the Service Dept was such a great help and found a tire for my vehicle and also got my tire warrenty all set as well. Thank you so much!! After visiting another Genesis dealer (closer to our home) and having a less than pleasant experience, a friend recommended Genesis of Cumming. Though it was 90 minutes away my wife and I decided to go and we're glad we did. Our sales representative Jamie Pak greeted us like family and made this the most stress free car buying experince I've ever had. Jamie is very professional and knows her product line very well. I'm pretty tech savvy but my wife not so much. Jamie took great care in explaining all the technological features of the car (of which ther are many). The end result of all this is we drove home in our new '26 GV80 and we couldn't be happier. If your in the market for a Genesis I highly recommend Genesis Of Cumming and sales rep Jamie Pak.
