I am unable to rate the service center, since I am a first time buyer at this dealership. The pleasant approach and the willingness to listen to my limited and sometimes grumpy demeanor, I'm 67 and a former Marine, was met with patience and understanding of my needs. I would recommend this approach to any dealership that has the ability to listen and learn from these fine folks. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have despised each and every moment with the dealerships I have worked with during the process of buying a new vehicle. I provided Donnie and Gavin my limitations with regards to my purchase and their honesty and willingness to work with me made this experience worth the 2 hours of my life that was invested in this purchase. Please don't misunderstand, the dealership made it's profit and I stayed with-in my budget. It was a fair exchange and a financial agreement that benefited us both.

I had recent purchased a Genesis from Terrance fannin, and had the best experience purchasing a car. I had contact the dealership via internet. They contacted me right away; and we did the deal prior to my arrival. I live about an hour and a half away and did not want to make the drive unless I knew they would be able to reach the figure I was aiming for. Without seeing my trade and requesting an out the door price I was told they can do the deal. Once I arrived at the dealership, drove the car, and asked for the first pencil they came back with my exact asking price. I figured they would have came back with my trade wasn't enough or something to that degree. O thought to myself maybe I could have gotten a better deal, but there was no way I was going to do that to them. Terrance fannin had been very comforting for me since it had been sometime since I had purchased a car and had a payment. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. I use to be in the business, so for those that might think they got one over me your wrong. I got a great deal and they made it so easy. I would recommend using them again! I love my Genesis and Thank You Terrance for keeping me calm!

BEWARE!!! Eric Stallworth was an excellent salesperson, however the finance department and manager are very deceitful. When I asked about the details of the $2500 rebate, the finance person informed me I ‘had to wait 91 days before I paid the car off in full, otherwise the rebate would become invalid’. I waited 91 days and called Hyundai Finance to pay off the car. When I asked to make sure I was past the 91 day window, I was told there was no such thing. Hyundai Finance informed me that I could have paid off the car at any time without penalty. When asked, they informed me that I had paid $554 in interest over those three payments. After numerous calls and research, I have learned that the dealership would have had to repay all or some of the rebate in the event I paid off the car prior to the third payment. When I discussed this with the manager of Terry Reid, he resided, ‘Well, you earned interest on the money while you waited to pay off the car’ and he said ‘nowhere in the paperwork did they tell me I couldn’t pay off the balance early’. He spoke proudly that they had convinced me to not pay off the car early and had gotten away with it. When discussing this with the finance department at Terry Reid, the finance person admitted that they ‘did not lie to me, but it is all in the way they presented the information’. He spoke as if he was proud of the way they deceive customers with the way they word the presentation. I have attempted to speak with the manager more since, but he has failed to return phone calls. I would also welcome a call from the owner. If I displayed a Fellowship of Christian Athletes logo in my lobby and kept a Bible on the customer service counter, I would want to honor the reputation I profess as a company. So far, I have so little evidence of the values they claim to possess and support.

Had a number of issues with sales rep but the manager was very good to work with and helped resolve issues to my satisfaction. Had a Hyundai previously and am very pleased with service dept. at this dealership but beware the sales staff. Sales rep took too long and did not really listen to me or my concerns. Wanted to sell me what he wanted me to have.
