From the moment I arrived at my appointment in the service department every person I came in contact with was professional and courteous. Ali was my service representative and he was great notifying me and working with me to get my car serviced. About an hour later I was sent a video that the technician had done with a detailed description of what my car needed done. That was awesome! My car has only been serviced by BMW from the inside to the outside and I can tell you that I will continue to drive from Buckhead Ga to Decatur Ga to have my car serviced here because my car ran like new. I had quite a bit of work done and it was worth every penny. From Service Manager Steve Jerrell, Ali and everyone else in that department A+. My 2011 BWM 328i Convertible I’ve had for this many years is driving better then it has since I drove it off the BMW lot in Gwinnett. Thank you!

Friday I took my car in for an alignment and oil change then traction control lights came on that evening which was concerning. The next Monday, I took my vehicle back because the alignment was not correct and the warning lights remained on. These issues were blamed on a missing engine mount bolt, which I do appreciate them noticing (although this has caused no issues in 2 years). I then took my vehicle back that Thursday and the bolts were installed and the alignment was somewhat corrected, but I was told the warning lights were on because the steering angle sensor needed to be replaced (a $1300 service estimate). I returned home and did some research on this issue. Within 30 minutes, I found that the steering angle sensor needed to be reset which is a common problem after alignments. I fixed this issue on my own without a $1300 repair which was completely unnecessary.

Overall it's a nice dealership. Eventhough I didn't buy my bmw from them, they always provide me with a loaner car. Service department needs some work though. Technicians are careless and dirty. You get your car back with couple scratches, scuff marks, greasy finger prints... If they worked on quality control a little bit, they would be a great dealer.

I found United after having a terrible service experience at Global where I purchased my 335i. Eric Rossman has been my service advisor for the last few years.I trust him and the mechanics not to dose up the repair order for things that were not needed as in my prior experience. He listens carefully and ensures that my car is delivered fixed/serviced on time and clean. What else could you ask for. My car is 10 years old so this is not a comment on "warranty work" Many dealerships do fine in sales but screw up the customer service in the Service Department. Buy your BMW here and get it serviced here.
