I visited Jim Ellis to get the used Outlander that I had recently purchased there serviced. I did not have an appointment so I was prepared to be there until they were able to get to me, which was initially estimated to be a couple of hours. After discussing the nature of the service, Tate went above and beyond to get me in and out as quickly as possible and along with some assistance from my salesman, Jose, completed the service at no charge! I was truly impressed by the level of customer service and professionalism displayed at Jim Ellis!

I called for service on a recall issue & found it was time for my 2nd oil change, no problem got it done! the waiting area is soooo comfortable like being at home in your family or living room; in other words; all the comforts of home while getting your car serviced, did I say it was an AWESOME experience? well it was! My daughter’s car was towed here Jan 29, 2000 and it still is not fixed. That’s literally a year. The General Manager is non existent, and we are on our third Service Manager. A few weeks ago they said it was finally fixed but they needed to test drive it for a few days. Then the promised delivery this week and it ‘broke down’ on the highway as they were bringing it to us. Honestly I’d be surprised if the car ever left the dealership. They are a VW dealership and they have had our car in the shop FOR A YEAR! Horrible.

This is a pretty sorry parts department. i needed parts for a vw. i contacted this dealer, provided the VIN, and went personally to the parts department to order the parts. The employee pulled my parts list based on the VIN and sold me parts based on the VIN of my VW. When the parts arrived, i picked up my supposed needed parts the next day. It appears VW has a poor system of managing which parts are installed on their vehicles because the parts sold were incorrect. I contacted the parts department and informed the employee of the error, and i has told i would be refunded. Upon my arrival, i was informed of not receiving a refund because i did not have the little plastic bag that my parts came in. so basically, i was sold incorrect parts based on poor information from VW itself and not refunded based on a plastic bag. How is this fair??

Bought a car here at a better price than dealer in Warner Robins, but have repeatedly gotten poor service. Took car in for 30-day check, employees standing around smoking or on computer playing, only one service writer, work got done, but detailer did poor job; in fact top of car and hood had circular scratches like the rag had been dropped on the ground. On another occasion had work done on car, but found it was not done when I got home as I had marked consumable parts that should have been replaced. Recently my salesman called me, said he'd quit and was working somewhere else, so I rode past VW dealership - like a graveyard. I realize brand is having some problems (diesel), but there were hardly any cars, only one salesman, employees standing around smoking - just no pride. Sorry to say a reputable dealer like Jackson bought his brand at a bad time and has been stuck with a poor staff culture. I think it would be best it dealer merged over on Subaru or Mercedes lot and that facility and staff were utilized to sell VWs and fire everyone over at Eisenhower location.

I called my sales rep Sim Thomas on a Saturday to try and squeeze in a quick maintenance. Sim recommended that I call and get in touch with Frankie I believe, Service advisor, and he was able to get me in ASAP for. 30 second be fix. Super awesome to not have to wait! Norm Matthews the business Mgr even made an effort to recognize me and say hello. This dealership is a well oiled machine, pardon the pun. I highly recommend this team for your next car or service need. Thanks Guys!

This has been one the worse businesses that I've been involved with in in a very long time. I was recommended to come the the Classic Collision by Hennessy Atlanta Lexus and I will never return ever again. It is enough that my car was hit by a Uber driver but when my arrived on 11-20-17 it has been a nightmare. They lie to you from the receptionist to the General Manager to the collision repairer. I am in my late 40's and I was treated like I was getting my Tonka toy truck repaired. I had to call every day for 29 days straight, I had to go up there on my lunch breaks to make sure that my car was being repaired. This "Certified" Lexus repairer told me that my car was going to be repaired four times and all the times he promised me none of them turned out to be true. On the days that I would call I knew they had caller ID they wouldn't even pick up the phone they would not even say hello just put my incoming all into a voicemail. I love my Lexus dealer and trust they would not steer me wrong and after I picked up my car I had to take it to Lexus because the Airbag light kept coming on and off and then when I turned my air on it sounded like a train coming from my vents and my car only have 50K miles on it and I keep up on all the maintenance. I took it back to Lexus and they had to repair my car and I have no idea where or who paid the bill but I am very thankful for them repairing what Classic Collision didn't take care of. But I didn't read the reviews on this company until I took my car to Classic Collision if I would have read the awful reviews from other Lexus owners I wouldn't have taken my car to them in the first place.
Please stay away from this unprofessional and very inconsiderate auto collision place.

Stay away! - Disappointed
After having to pay over $400 to have some hoses replaced just to pass emissions, I was quoted another $600 to fix a melted fuse panel and alternator wire harness. I declined the repair of the fuse panel after finding the part at AutoZone for only $47.95. When I inspected the part myself, I found absolutely no melting of the panel. I will not be going back for anything else.
