Be prepared to get charged for things that should be common sense. I bought my truck from this dealership and wanted to keep supporting them, but they made it clear that taking your money comes first. I came in for an oil change on my 2024 Tundra and brought the OEM steel skid plate to replace the felt one. The oil change already requires removing and reinstalling the skid plate, and the higher trims come with the same steel plate from the factory. The process is identical. Still, they tried to charge me extra for literally doing nothing more. The priority here is squeezing every dollar out of you, not customer service.

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.

Although we purchased a vehicle from here this dealership is horrible. I will never return nor buy another car from here or any of their chains. Our sales manager said one thing and did the complete opposite. Cleanup of the vehicle was horrendous. A week later and we are still cleaning sand and dirt out of it.

My husband and I purchased a new Tacoma truck about 5 months ago and we love it! We wanted to commend our salesman, Colby Yates, who Jerry Pitts recommended to us. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with the whole purchase process and located the truck we were looking for. When it was delivered, he spent a great deal of time getting us set up in it. He explained and reviewed all the features the truck had to offer, which had a lot, with which we were not familiar. My husband was disappointed that Toyota does not offer CD players in the trucks anymore and Colby went above and beyond to try to help us with other options to be able to play my husband's music in the truck. He even copied a stack of CDs onto a jump drive and showed us how we could then play that in the truck, since we were not versed in how to do that ourselves. He went way out of his way to help us and was so nice throughout. We would highly recommend Pitts Toyota and especially Colby Yates to others looking for a great vehicle.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.

New Vehicle purchase - U of F Country Gator

I live over 300 miles away from Prince Toyota and I have continuously purchased my vehicles for over 15 years from Prince simply put, They Earned it!!!! Prices are always more than fair and they go the extra mile to find the vehicle that I want -vs- selling me just what they have on their lot in inventory. My latest purchase ended up being somewhat complicated simply because of the customer and not the dealership. They found the vehicle I wanted and did some customization to ensure that it was perfect and met my expectations even though they are aware that because of the distance that I live we will not be a customer for ongoing maintenance. We have 4 vehicles in my garage and 3 of them are Prince Toyotas, my daughter at 16 wanted a Kia but when she graduates this year from college we will be purchasing a new Rav4 for her from Prince.
