My husband and I attended a Braves/Ranger game last night in GA, and on out way back to TN this morning, our truck started acting up. We stopped at the Marrietta Toyota Service Dept., and Steve Hanna, Service Advisor, had our truck looked at, got us taken care of and on our way within an hour, 1 1/2. He was so very helpful, polite, courteous and friendly! We even received a military discount! Thank you so much Steve!!! We sure were stressing!! I sure hope Service Departments in TN take care of travelers as you took care of us!!! A great shout out to Steve Hanna!!!!

Recieved test message with oil change special. They honored it on the last day of the month. Appointment and check in were smooth. Waiting area was comfortable with excellent hot beverage dispenser. Very clean restrooms and friendly personnel. Oil change was less than an hour and excellent updates and communications. Will return again.

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.
