Top notch is an understatement!!! Went in for an oil change/brake work but with a teenager had been thinking I would need something new in the next year or so. Didn’t really have plans to buy right now because of Covid but saw something about trade in value and inquired. Paycheck was AWESOME. He walked me through all the features, current incentives, was so patient answered A LOT of questions, and worked hard with their finance team to help get me to an affordable payment! Your survey does not work well on my I-Phone 4-SE. It is more trouble than it is worth to fill out. I'll make this short and sweet. For many years I viewed Tim Middleton as the face of your service department. He was the ultimate service representative and I miss him. Since I have quit trying to make your surveys work on my phone I felt it was necessary to comment on Steven Hicks. Since Tim left many years ago, Steven is by far the best service representative that I have encountered period.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation appointment and came out with a broken hood latch, oil on the mat and carpet, the brake fluid an inch past the max line, air that would barely blow out of the vents even though it sounded as if the fan was on high, and air condition that no longer cooled. Took back and the service guy fixed the latch, then told me it would be $159. To have the A/C checked. I told him that was not what I was told. He said there was nothing they could have done to cause it to stop working. I told him to give me my keys and car so I could leave. He asked if I wanted to talk to the manager who told him this and I declined and again asked for my keys and car. When I got to my car the manager was standing at it. He repeated what I was told already and I asked if they took out the brake fluid and he told me yes. He popped the hood and it was still full and he told me it was fine. I told him that Toyota has a Max line on their reservoir for a reason and I wanted it taken down to the max line. He looked and again repeated they had done nothing wrong. I left there and had a mechanic tell me indeed they had done something and to have a diagnostics done at Auto Zone to see if it threw any codes. I had it checked and was told zero codes, but to go see an independent auto mechanic they trusted. Kelvin had my car all of 10 minutes and discovered that it had been completely evacuated of the refrigerant. He put refrigerant in for $45. and it now works just fine. He stated that he would go to Riverside Toyota and make sure they know how mad I am and that someone there had to of evacuated the system on purpose. There was no way it could have been completely evacuated on its own. How do you pull in one door of the service department with the system running and out the other door with it not running, hood latch broken, brake fluid over filled, oil over filled, tire pressure not matching, and oil on your floor mat and carpet, etc. and it not be the service department's fault????

I had an excellent experience with buying a new Four Runner on July 31, 2020. Cole Clark was the sales agent who help me from the beginning to the end. He definitely made me feel as though he had my interest as a priority rather than the dealership’s and his commission. He continuously me in contact with me by texting and the evening after I completed the purchase he gave me a thank you phone call. At no time did I feel any pressure from Cole or his sales manager and after the negotiating was over, Danny in finance was quite the expert. Many thanks to Cole and Hendricks Toyota.

Took my 2012 Toyota Prius there because coolant was disappearing daily. I was told that they could not find any issues and that they cleared the codes and topped off the coolant. The service advisor mentioned that it may be the water pump going out. I scheduled another appointment to bring the car in to have the water pump replaced. On the pre-scheduled service date I was told that the water pump was not ordered, they topped off the coolant again. I was told it was OK to continue to drive the vehicle to just keep an eye on the coolant level daily.
2 Days later the Head gasket on the car blew, causing catastrophic engine damage. Avoid this dealership, as a matter of fact avoid Toyota products. After contacting Toyota USA I was told that they are very sorry for what happened and I was offered $ 1000.00 toward the purchase of a new Toyota vehicle. In the past 8 years I have purchased 5 Toyota vehicles from various dealerships. Toyota has lost me as a Customer and an advocate of the brand.

Purchased a 2020 Camry SE from Cobb County Toyota the last week of June. The Internet Salesman, Mike Stallings, was excellent. My wife has back problems and has to ensure she can comfortably ride in anything we buy. I had concerns that she would be able to tolerate the firm suspension of the SE model. Mike made sure our test drive covered some rough roads to confirm the ride quality met my wife's needs.
We paid a fair price for a great Camry SE. It has exceeded my expectations in all respects.
This was the 4th vehicle we have purchased at Cobb County Toyota. I recommend them and Mike Stallings to anybody considering a Toyota.

I trusted this dealer after buying my 2018 Corolla there in 2/2018. On there third maintenance visit I discovered that they may have done NONE of the actual maintenance on the previous 2 appointments. The management and staff here are incompetent and entirely lacking in customer service skills and honesty. Tried to contact Toyota Customer Service but after waiting a LONG time on the phone, there appears to be nobody there to answer customer concerns. As a 30+ year Toyota customer, it is a sad day when a Toyota dealership fails to even do a tire rotation on a 15K maintenance visit. I have completely lost trust in this dealership and Toyota for allowing this to go on.

I live over 300 miles away from Prince Toyota and I have continuously purchased my vehicles for over 15 years from Prince simply put, They Earned it!!!!
Prices are always more than fair and they go the extra mile to find the vehicle that I want -vs- selling me just what they have on their lot in inventory.
My latest purchase ended up being somewhat complicated simply because of the customer and not the dealership.
They found the vehicle I wanted and did some customization to ensure that it was perfect and met my expectations even though they are aware that because of the distance that I live we will not be a customer for ongoing maintenance.
We have 4 vehicles in my garage and 3 of them are Prince Toyotas, my daughter at 16 wanted a Kia but when she graduates this year from college we will be purchasing a new Rav4 for her from Prince.
