Stone Mountain Toyato service department and the general manager is so unprofessional , my car was brought in for service the 10th of April and on Monday April 12 my car is saying I need windshield fluid, I went back in on Tuesday and spoke to the GM I had my paper work I paid $281,90 in total and all he was telling me is that he wasn't there on Saturday like that was the issue, no apology for nis staff in service that needs training, guys please refrain from going to toyato and and go to honda I see a trade in soonest.

The finance part was unnecessarily inefficient taking longer than expected given all pricing had been pre-determined before I arrived and was a cash deal. I don't know from where to start writing about my 2020 Camry buying experience. I have researched earlier before entering the Newnan dealership. And also had positive reviews on the dealership & designated salesperson I made my appointment. Ryan Staple and Newnan Toyota really impressed me with their friendly and helpful attitude. The most important factor I noticed about them is their transparency on the price and overall cost of the car. The true drive out price was exactly same as I spoke earlier before going to the dealership. And they did not hide/add any unnecessary crappy price; like Nitrogen filled tire fee, window tilt fees etc. Moreover, as I traded-in my 2017 Nissan Sentra Newnan Toyota also provide the payoff balance before the 10 day period. I would like to thank Sales person Ryan Staple, Finance Manager Vu and rest of the team for making my experience so wonderful. You not only earned my business this time, but also next time if I decided to buy a Toyota next time. Thanks again.

Very disappointed with a recent oil/filter change completed 3 February 21 due to my discovering an oil leak. I returned to your facility 4 February to have the problem corrected. I was informed the oil filter gasket and oil pan drain plug were checked and found to be satisfactory. In addition I was informed that most likely oil was spilled onto the oil pan skid plate which was removed and cleaned. I departed your facility a happy camper, however, upon my inspection of the skid plate I can assure anyone it was not removed and cleaned. Now folks, not only have I been inconvenienced by having to return to your facility I'm now wondering about the validity of what I'm told about my vehicle service. Believe all will agree when the oil/filter is changed there shouldn't be leaks to one's driveway. How about a free oil change when it's due again. I live over 300 miles away from Prince Toyota and I have continuously purchased my vehicles for over 15 years from Prince simply put, They Earned it!!!!
Prices are always more than fair and they go the extra mile to find the vehicle that I want -vs- selling me just what they have on their lot in inventory.
My latest purchase ended up being somewhat complicated simply because of the customer and not the dealership.
They found the vehicle I wanted and did some customization to ensure that it was perfect and met my expectations even though they are aware that because of the distance that I live we will not be a customer for ongoing maintenance.
We have 4 vehicles in my garage and 3 of them are Prince Toyotas, my daughter at 16 wanted a Kia but when she graduates this year from college we will be purchasing a new Rav4 for her from Prince.

Took the car in for standard oil change. , I see a leak on my garage floor. I take the car back and the service “advisor” named Map Mouth says, the oil plug on the pan has a leak and it needs to be replaced. Informed him it was a simple oil change but he says they go bad sometimes. Come to find out the technician didn’t thread the plug properly and used a power tool and stripped the thread causing it to be loose enough to make the slow leak. I got the manager involved and they supposedly fixed it. This guy Map Mouth “service advisor” really needs to find a better way to service the customers. I have bought numerous cars from this dealership but I am going to try my best to stay away them and I hope my review will save others from further headaches from this dealership. (Took another 5 hours of waiting to get it fixed). As I pickup the keys, Map Mouth says... here you go. No apologies... consistent from the beginning.

Had a confirmed appointment with Mark Doyle to look at a car that was to be delivered by truck prior to our appointment. I explained to him I was coming an hour and a half to look at the car and he assured me it would be delivered two hours prior to my arrival. When we were within sight of the dealership he sent me a text informing me two of his previous appointments were late showing up so would need to push my appointment time back an hour and that the car he previously assured me would be there would actually not arrive for two more days. He told me there were other cars I could look at and test drive. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Took my business to Cherokee County Toyota and had a great experience. Stay away!!!
