He brought one of the cars to my job so that I could look inside and not take away too much time from work. He was extremely accommodating and assisted me in selecting the car that is perfect for me, a brand new 2023 Toyota Camry. It was worst ever service done. The wheel came of as I was driving the car. This is basically carelessness. Not caring for the customers.
It defefenitaley was not case of carelessness but it was the case of ripping of people. Attached are also the pictures of wheel that popped out. The one that remains one on right frontside is missing a bolt too. You tell me if this is not carelessness or not. That actually leaves me believe this could be more that that.
Just today they recommended the battery and not the battery is dead. I had not had the battery sowing any signs of problem or cranking at all and once they recommend it it goes dead after starting the car once.
Your English is better than mine but people who had same experience will speak up.
This car has battery that charges. How is it possible that it goes of right after recommendation.
Sales for new cars might be good but with this experience it seems this is just led by bunch of unprofessional people.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my car in for repairs after a collision and not only did they drag their feet on the car being fixed it took them 6 weeks. They returned my car still not fixed and unsafe making us lose control in the vehicle. Now their refusing to pay for the damages that the car incurred due to their negligence. I will not take anymore business here and will warn everyone that their service department is negligent in their work. Even now returning my car back to me because they refuse to pay for the work that was caused by the damage is negligible. They do not care about customer safety and just want to take money. They tried to charge the insurance for the repairs telling them that it was a repair that needed to be done. But then justify giving my car back now that they insurance denied the claim because they are at fault that it is completely safe. I now have to take my car elsewhere and pay to have it fully inspected and repaired!

Just returned from Milton Martin Toyota after having an air conditioning issue with my wife’s 1998 Toyota (she will not part with this car) repaired. The issue was resolved promptly at a reasonable price with no attempt to sell additional work.
We recently moved to Gainesville from the Chicago area and Milton Martin was selected based on an internet search. I could not be more pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend this dealership without reservation.
One last observation, the physical facility is outstanding. There is a comfortable area away from the television where a person can read without one’s ears being assaulted by the daytime drivel on TV. I have spent a fair amount of time in Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus and Genesis dealerships and this is by far the best physical facility I have encountered.

In short - STAY AWAY from this dealership. I used to be a customer since 2014 and serviced all of my Toyotas here. The service has gone downhill in the last few years. They used to be customer oriented, but now they are just trying to make money by ripping you off. They suggest completely unnecessary services, and I feel really bad for the people who don't know much about cars.
But the issue that happed in the last few weeks was my last straw. After we got our Toyota Avalon back from the oil change, we noticed a brand new issue (transmission jerk). A week later, we noticed that the car started to rattle at 30mph+. We brought it to the dealer hoping that they can fix the issue. We ended up paying two diagnostic fees and a CV axle joint seal replacement (20 dollar part), which cost us $720 in total. They promised that the issue would be fixed... but the issue was still there. I wasted two days of my life and $720. The manager said that since check engine light isn't on, I shouldn't worry about the clicking.
At the end of the day, here is what I experienced:
* They charged me $720, which includes two diagnostic fees and a seal replacement, but the issue was NEVER resolved.
* They suggested that they can keep charging me diagnostic fees and replacing various parts until the issue disappears, but I don't think they deserve another penny.
* Since my regular service advisor was not here, I was given Anthony Gonzales, who was only interested in getting a much money from me as possible.
* The dealership possibly broke my car, because issue started happening after I did an oil change with them. May be its a coincidence... not 100% sure at this point.

We would give a zero if it were an option. David was our salesperson. We put $1000 on a Highlander Ultimate to be second in line for a car that was supposed to be at the lot in a few weeks. The 1st of August we were told that the car would arrive in three weeks. Then we were told another week, and so on…. Now apparently they have a car? Not convinced and have been waiting almost a week for a refund. I guess David thought if he had our money, he would have us. Nope, and by the way, this is not how you build customer trust and loyalty! This could have and should have been handled differently! We expect a refund immediately!

The new tundra is tough to get. My salesman, William Jenkins, found what I was looking for in their allotments and gave me great advice on my trade. My truck arrived a month early and in a time where most dealers put a “market adjustment” aka extra profit, they sold me mine for msrp. The sale, financing, and final delivery were so fast and smooth. mr Jenkins also gave me real and solid advice on purchasing some aftermarket items I was interested in. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly Mr Jenkins. I will see him again when my wife is ready for a new car.

I will never do business with this dealership. We went to look for a Highlander. They only had 3. The salesman showed us a cop of another one they had that was e route to the dealership. He said they would hold it when it gets there if we would out $1000 down. He said they would refund our $1000 if we changed our mind. We put the money down and 3 days later let him know we decided it wasn’t what ever wanted and he promised to send us our money back. It has been 2 months and we don’t have our money back. I have called and left numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails to Connor, the general sales manager. He won’t answer his phone, won’t return calls and won’t respond to emails! I have read reviews where he treated other people this way. Never do business with Newnan Toyota! The general manager is a crook !

Absolutely poor customer service. A 35 day negotiation only to finalize and be sold out from under me. I planned vacation around delivery of my trades from 4 hours away only to be told the car sold and they had another similar that they wouldn't negotiate on. They then tried to reduce my trade value by 2500 on the final deal sheet and had essentially no remorse. The salesman was a "general sales manager" named Erik and he was a very poor communicator and quite calloused.
