Worst experience ever. I traded in a 2016 mustang fully loaded because of back issues it was paid off with a clear title. I purchased from Auto weekly specials a 2013 Land Rover evoque I knew I had to put some money in it it was a 2013 but I didn't expect the engine to blow out 3 months later they took my car sold me a lemon and ran off with my money. Do not trust them

my girl needed a car . she looked online and found the car she wanted at auto land . i went by after work and was approached by a salesman . he was polite and easy to talk to . i told him my girl had visited earlier and looked at a car . he took me to the car and we looked it over and talked it over . mr clenny and i was agreeable on terms and i called my girl and told her that she was getting the car . the sales staff made the paperwork painless and we drove the car home that day . it was a good experience and i do recommend this dealership to my friends . thank you

Run away, far, far away! - crabbypuss

Really unfeeling, money-hungry people. Sold me a 2004 Mustang which you couldn't even check the oil in! The dipstick tube was gone! How can you let that off the lot? Also, the catalytic converters had been removed. Supposedly they “check all vehicles carefully”. Ya, right. I was told it was an 8-cylinder but it was a 6. Less than 2 weeks after purchase it needs $1,800 in transmission repairs. My joke of a "warranty" covers 50% of labor and repairs and ONLY if THEY do the work. In other words, they can charge whatever they want for parts and labor and then bill me for 50% of that. I tried to talk to the owner just to ask if he honestly felt that this was a fair way to treat a customer. He won't even do me the courtesy of speaking to me. I work in the area and had hoped this would be a good experience. I'm sorry to say that it was not.

Buyer PLEASE beware. Wasted 2 hours (to and from) going to look at a truck that did not match the pictures they posted online. They may have been previously owned this truck, sold and rebought it and then used the original photos. If not they posted pictures of an entirely different truck. Their clear online pictures showed no visible damage. In person there was obvious damage and chrome accessories and running boards added. I ran a carfax report before going to see this and the mileage on carfax did not match up to what was listed by this "dealer". RED FLAG. This truck was definitely not as pictured. I had also called and spoke to them and specifically asked about damage and the interior cleanliness. No damage was reported and was described as clean. They need glasses. The vehicle was priced about 3K over KBB blue book which I hoped to negotiate down. A quick look at this misrepresentation negated any negotiation with these con artist.

I am not one to ever complain but I feel very compelled to in this case. I Bought a new 2004 HUMMER Lux package from this dealer about a month ago. The price changed in my favor during the transaction due to an error in processing 3K rebate and was not credited the difference (a mere $210.00) instead they "adjusted the selling price". Car not cleaned. Took 7 hours to "prep" the new car. Had to return 3x to get the upgrades completed (on top of the initial 7 hours). This dealer simply does not understand customer service nor do they value there customers time. I would never buy from them again even if it ment spending more money at another dealership. When buying a car you should at least be treated as a valuable customer. This dealership simply does not get it.

Only giving one star as that is required. This is the quintessential USED CAR DEALER. Very sleezy feel, do not at all stand by their cars and have no interest in selling anything of quality. They will give you the run around of their vehicles being checked, but they are not, they don't even run a vacuum through the car before selling it. There are SO many better options out there, this owner is NOT to be trusted. You have been warned. The details - I purchased this vehicle nine months ago!!! And their staff, including the owner, have received THREE PHONE CALLS within the first month of my owning it. The first being that I could NOT EVEN GET IT TO PASS EMISSIONS because the converter was bad. YAY, I get to spend $1700 on a car I JUST PURCHASED. Never once did I receive a returned phone call.. I actually value my money, and there was no value in this purchase. I also filed a BBB complaint that never received a response after their attempt to contact this business, as well as every other BBB complaint filed against them (I checked). If they really stand by your vehicles, I would have at least expected a phone call People, save yourself the frustration and go to a dealer that backs their vehicles IN WRITING. My biggest mistake in all of this was choosing Car Corner.

After agreeing to a sale price for my 2017 Chevy SS. I drove over an hour to have the car inspected by Manheim. After the inspection I received a call from Brian saying they couldn’t pay the agreed upon price. What he offered was a lot lower than the agreed price after having the car for week. Then started the issue of getting my car released so I could pick it up. These people are game players. When it was all said and done I was out of pocket two hundred dollars and hadn’t sold the car. Don’t waist your time.

I had a very positive experience with the dealership. My salesman Jose was professional and was a class act from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was awesome and helpful. Polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It wasn't until I had to deal with the finance company, CNAC, did I have a negative experience. I have had a loan with them for 3 weeks now and from the due date of the first payment it has been one big unprofessional nightmare. The first payment included a charge for insurance which I personally already had procurred elsewhere and had notified them of. However their fax machine was broken and they failed to receive the correspondance from my insurance company so they charged me. Even after providing proof of insurance dating back to the date of purchace of the vehicle they initially refused to issue credit. It wasn't until I offered the option of returning the vehicle did they grant the credit which took a week and me contacting my bank to finally get. The team lead that I spoke to, Yvette Cervantez, was very unprofessional, condesending, arguemenative, rude, and kept interrupting me and trying to talk over me. In edition to that fiasco, I now have to call, per the REQUIREMENT of the CNAC representative (not per my contract) every month to confirm that they have recieved confirmation of my proof of insurance. It is an inconvienence and hassel. I feel as though my responsibility is completed once my payments have been made on time every due date. My insurance company automatically notifies of my status as well. I shouldn't have to call and verify that they have checked their email or if their fax machine is up and running. I do not work for them and they should treat me like a customer. I'm very regretfull that I chose to deal with this company and would strongly advise against it to anyone with other options.

BUYER BEWARE they sold me my new ram with damage from someone else wrecking the truck and it was not disclosed to me. plenty of other dealers STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! More details as to the dealership response I have everything documented and more proof if needed! Hello I bought my new ram and did my deal online and over the phone. We worked that day and drove all night 500 miles to get the truck. when we arrived at the the dealership they were pulling the truck around to the front of the dealership. The sales guy came out and greeted us. We test drove the truck for less than a mile and returned to the dealership. We sat down to do the paperwork and I asked the financing guy why the truck had 116 miles on it. He told us that they had a issue with the truck before we bought it and that's why it wasn't on the dealership website. We signed the paperwork and drove away we stopped about 15 miles from the dealership to eat. And upon returning to the truck we noticed a small dent on the passenger side above the window. So I got in the bed of the truck and their were several deep scratches on the top of the cab. I immediately called the dealership to ask what happened to my new truck and the issue they had with the truck before I bought it and was told very rudely that's none of my business he stated I looked at the truck beforei bought we just glanced at the truck never thought to get in the bed to look at the top of the cab or to look hard because it was a new truck. . The dealership told me I damaged my truck and hung up on me. We went a few miles down the road to get a hotel room because we have been up over 24 hours the dealership called me the next day when we were driving home and told me I could bring the truck back and cancel the deal but they were going to charge me 1.00 for every mile I drove the truck and that would have been around 450 miles by the time I turned around and drove back to the dealership. I told the dealership I would not do that unless I received all my money back. Then the dealership offered me 500 to repair the truck I told them that it was a lot more that 500 in damage. I stopped by a autobody shop and the guy at the body shop told me it was around 3800 in damage because the whole top of the truck and the door had to be repaired and repainted. I called the dealership and told them the quote to repair the truck and they laughed and said they would not fix my truck. The dealership only offered 500 or return the truck at 1.00 per mile. I've never had any problems from a dealer like this before. I've also have the text from the dealership and all call logs. Including the text where they are offering 500. Also I'm including pictures from the website where the truck was relisted and you can see the dent above the window proving the damage was preexisting I just want the truck repaired to as new condition.

I sold a car through Mr. Gerardo, the owner of Covington Autoplex, while I was in my transition from a school in Mississippi out to San Diego on Military Orders, My G/F said he was a good family friend and would take good care of me, so I ran with it. It was an absolute nightmare, for starters the xxxxx never answered his phone, checked his voicemails, ETC. After about a month and a half I had to fly back to the state of Louisiana to check on my car, only to find out that he sold my car for a substantial amount less than what I was looking to get for it, and not only that the coward did not have the decency to call me and see if it would be ok to sell it for that price. IMO, never go to this sh#! hole it is an absolute headache dealing with these people.

Went in on a Monday. Sumner was our sales rep (he was pleasant). Test drove car. We agreed to the price. In writing (Sumner gave us a drive off the lot document). Told him all along the deal pending on our mechanic doing a bumper to bumper inspection. Sumner thought that was a good idea and agreed to this. Mechanic showed up the next day (Tues). Mechanic did his thing ($160 - well worth it) informed me there were some safety issues that needed to be addressed (along with an emissions code that showed up on mechanic's computer). Mechanic also discovered and advised car was in accident - this was not on the Car Fax report. I emailed the list of items to Sumner that same day (Tues). Little while later he emailed me back saying they would take care of all items (bad tire, alignment, clogged air filter, getting an emissions test, couple other things...). 3 days later (Friday afternoon) I texted Sumner asking what the status was. As we all know dealers usually jump on fix it lists ASAP...found it odd I had not heard back from him as 3 days had elapsed. He texted me right back (Fri aft) informing me another sales rep sold the car AS IS that same day (Friday) morning. This tells me they just sat on the car (never intending to make the promised repairs) waiting for someone else to just come along and buy it - a car with known safety issues (and had been in an accident). In my book this very unprofessional and unethical. I asked for them to at least cover the mechanic fee (text to Sumner). No response. Waited a week. Re-texted Sumner. No response. Why am I not surprised??
