I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car. - niedec2

I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car. I was pre-approved from my bank and had already found the vehicle I wanted online. We called Brandon Johnson to verify they still had the car and set an appointment for that day. He was getting off work but agreed to stay to help us. We went in, took the car for a test drive, completed the paperwork, and were out of there in less than an hour. No haggling, no back and forth. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I really appreciated Brandon's honesty about what they could do as well as the transparency on their prices. I waited three months before writing this review to make sure everything was as they said it would be - and it is! The banking went through without a hitch, the car is fantastic and runs great. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience and will use Brandon again in the future and keep his card in my wallet to refer others to "one of the good guys."

Went for service on my old but taken care of Honda. They were given an aged key and treated it like xxxx completely broke my key. Can’t use my car and they won’t do anything about it. Absolutely no accountability with this place… STAYYY FARR AWAYY
