I do appreciate Tracy Peterson who has always been helpful BUT when trying to order tires there, the price was $240 more for the set than other places for the same tire.. I was told a change of transmission fluid would be $260 tho the Honda sites quote a much lower price for that service. Also they wanted me to change the transmission fluid at 26,000 miles where Honda recommends 60,000 and every 30,000 thereafter. I no longer trust this service department for my car which I am bummed about because I bought my car there and assumed they would be my best service. I checked the oil when I got home to be sure it was changed and it was BUT The dip stick for the transmission fluid was just laying in there NOT where it should be. :( Why? I no longer trust them.

First, the dealership did go above and beyond to hold a vehicle for us while we traveled 5 hours to come see it. Everything went well until the paperwork came around. We ha been pre-approved through our bank (5 hrs away), they tried talking us into using their financing because it was more convenient for them. When we didn’t go with their plan the salesman (JOE) became very frustrated. Exact quote “WE ARE DOING THIS MY WAY”. At this point we were ready to walk away. What he wanted to do was reasonable, but it was not explained until after we were ready to walk. My husband called Joe out on his aggressive, unprofessional comment and Joe proceeded to pout through the rest of the transaction. When we were done he said “the cars out there, and the keys are in it”, and walked away. No hand shake, no thank you. Just very unprofessional behavior. DONT WORK WITH JOE.

We had been car shopping for a month and couldn’t get what we needed. Our family had an incredible car buying experience at Larry H Miller Honda with Sam. We told him we were upside down in our car, but needed a trade in with no money down. We needed a better, bigger car with more room. Sam presented our price range and budget limit to Sales Manager, Aaron, who came back with several options. It felt like they were determined to give us the best options possible! Justin in the Finance Department gave us $4k more for our trade-in, he lowered the cost of the vehicle we wanted to purchase and got us into the absolute best vehicle that fit within our budget.
