As mentioned by other reviewers, they made the experience of purchasing a car uncomplicated and easy. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while we asked our 100s of questions. We were well taken care of. Thanks to the shop crew for making sure the car was safe and spotless and thanks to Mike, Frank, and Jose. Would definitely buy another car from Smith Honda!

Quinton McMillan made buying my car the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car! He was so helpful—-not your typical car salesman! I broke my leg and was on crutches so he ran some errands with me so I could get my car registered, etc. I would definitely recommend you see Quintin!

I have been about everywhere in Pocatello to find a car. Ever place I went to we’re super shady and all employees acted like I was a burden....that was until Teton Honda welcomed me in their door with a smile on their face. I used to hate getting my car serviced because dealerships were so mean and short and was extremely difficult to schedule. Honda was amazing and quick! I was taken back right away, given a promised time for pick up, hate amazing snacks available and awesome customer service! I will always be with Honda because if their amazing job and willingness to help and get you the best service possible!

I went there to purchase a specific car only to find out it was sold. Then I looked at a more expensive car. I waswset to buy that one but they tried to tack on extended warranty when the car had manufacturers warranty still in place for another 40,000 miles. I asked them to remove it. I came already with financing through Capital One and while I was sitting at their desk waiting for them theto fix the contract my salesman's "bosses" took it upon themselves to run my credit through a bunch of other places so I was getting notices of inquiries on my reports while sitting there ready to sign to paperwork to purchase the second car I picked out! I locked my report and asked them what they were doing!?! They said they were trying to get me a better interest rate...but they didn't have my permission and the deal was already done I already had financing and I had worked it out to get a lower rate after a year of on time payments I could refinance which they were told this! I left without buying the car! I went to Corwin Ford instead where I had a great hassle free experience. Why would you do that when your customer walks in with pre-approved financing and they have a contract sitting in front of them already!?! Nick my salesman was really nice so if you do intend to go there ask for him but beware of the bosses and finance people!!!

I drove 2 hours to buy my Honda pilot because all the dealerships in Spokane were shifty. I was greeted by Kelly and she was awesome to deal with. we worked out all the numbers over the phone before I made the trip out there the pilot was in spotless shape! they checked on us the next day to make sure everything was ok. well today we get a care package from them filled with little food goodies. I have never gotten this from any dealership let alone a real estate agent so I was amazed. I recommend this dealership to all my friend because they are worth the drive. I will always buy from them as long as we are in Spokane!
