I had the 2006 KIA in for service to replace the timing belt, flush the transmission, replace the cabin filter and change the oil. I developed a problem soon after that was unrelated to the work they did. Evidently a mouse had chewed some of the wiring, and it caused the coil to malfunction. They got right on the problem, and accepted responsibility simply because they had not seen it. They repaired the wiring and only charged me for the new coil and installation. Since they really had no responsibility for the mouse chewing, they didn't need to be so helpful, but they were. It's a great service department.
