I came in about two months prior to purchasing my car just looking to test drive the top model of the new Kia Seltos. Jason had the vehicle ready for me to drive the second I was there. I test drove the car and after speaking about prices decided the top model was out of my price range. Fast forward two months and I decided I was able to afford the EX model but only if I got the price low enough. Fortunately, I knew Jason and He helped me get the car with everything I wanted within my price range! I am very thankful for all the help Jason was and I would recommend working with him in the future if you need a car.

I have a 2008 Kia Amanti. I forgot about the baby shade on the rear electric window, rolled it down to air out the car, and the baby shade jammed the window stuck. Being from out of town, I had to hit the road that day. Took it to World Kia, and they got the car right in, fixed the jam, and got me on the road within the half hour! No charge! Definitely recommend this dealership!

If there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars I definitely would!!!! This dealership doesn't deserve 1 single star. After endless phone calls trying to get everything figured out before we would have to drive almost 3 hours one way (out of state). The night before we had the financing figured out, vehicle picked out and we were told it would be cleaned and ready for us to sign for the paperwork and leave 20-30 minutes tops once we arrived. Well, 45 minutes away we confirmed that everything is still in place and to ask for our salesman once we arrived. When we arrived the vehicle was "magically sold".no body knows how or why it was sold from under us. After spending 2 hours at this dealership we left with no answers, no vehicle and told ehhh, you're near Chicago so just go out to eat. I'm sorry we have a 2 and 3 year old in the car that have been so good and patient.
We wouldn't drive 3 hours one way to go out to dinner. ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! we were told to call back Monday-so like fools we did..nothing has came or been done to resolve this issue. We were promised a gas card...guess what never got that either. Such a joke of a dealership!!!

I would actually give them zero stars. Made an appointment to get 2 safety recalls fixed, when making the appointment explained this and gave them the recall information and my VIN number that was required. Dropped the car off the night before and spoke with a service center employee who knew the reason for the appointment. Arrived the next evening to find out that no one had even looked at my car, did not call me to explain, and nothing was done on the car. These are safety issues and they didn't even feel the need to call me to tell me the issue. This was a Friday, I told the service center employee I wanted a call from the manager on Monday- I have not received a call or any type of apology from the dealership service manager or any communication at all. Please find another Kia dealership for service. This is the worst service I have ever received, will travel somewhere else to get my car fixed- please be cautious they are horrible to work with!! I will not take my car there for service and I will not ever consider Auffenberg for buying a car if this is how they treat customers.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
