This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. This dealership was awesome. My car broke down, and they had it in same day and got a rental for me immediately. Volkswagen of the Quad Cities had me jump through so many hoops, but the Crystal lake dealership was amazing. Will not bring my cars anywhere else.
