Bought used SUV in fall 2021. Sales person Justin was great. Service was terrible. Drove car off lot and within minutes the check engine light cane on. Turns out they never bothered to check air in tires, brake fluid level, power steering fluid level. All were WAY LOW. Then the oil change was even worse. There was old oil all over the bottom of car dripping over my driveway. Then a week and 75 miles into owning, brake light came on. Need new brakes after dealer said they were good. STAY AWAY!

My experience was very good with Albo Auto, Leo was cordial from beginning to end, answered any questions I had and followed up during the process. His repairs and rebuild work is excellent, the inspection company I sent out to inspect the car gave it high marks and was impressed how good the car looked, especially the front right section that was damaged. The inspector stated it looked like the car had never been damaged in any way. Leo also shopped and found a shipping company to transport my car, he checked there rating and insurance coverage to make sure they were reputable, all at a more than fair price. I'm still waiting to receive the car but am confident that the last leg of this purchase will go as well as the previous. I would have no problem buying another car from Albo Auto and Leo who I feel was very honest. EF Prescott, AZ

cheryl motors sold us a car that had a lien o it from wis.i paid him $2700.00.cherly said there was a clear title but when i tried to get a license plate for it,cheryl motors still owned the car and he kept my $2700.00 .he will not refund my money and i paid $500 thru a currency ex. and they could not get a license plate for me.he owns the car and he has bilked me out of $2700.00 plus $500 trying to get a license plate for illnois.

Absolutely best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Fair trade in value, purchase price, and easy loan process. The guys allowed me to see a vehicle first, accommodations went above and beyond for a mom of 5 from out of state. Joe even added a dvd player and running boards into our loan and had them installed. Highly recommend. Van is still going strong after almost 6 years with no issues. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

He physically pushed my boyfriend who was about to test drive the car. Police report was filed on him. He wouldn't make copy of license but rather hold on to original license when you go for test drive. He threw the car keys on my face cause I wanted to seat in the front and get a better experience of the car as I am the one buying the car. He refused to sit in the back during the test drive saying he is the owner and wasn’t from “that level” (yes your level decreases if you sit in the back seat according to him) Beware of this seller please. I have never experienced something like this ever before.

We were very Leary of independent Dealerships. We were so glad we gave Premium Auto Sales a chance to earn our trust. Premium is the most ethical Dealership we have ever bought a car from. I LOVE their ONE PRICE policy. I absolutely HATE the "haggling" over price at the big Dealerships. It becomes a battle between you and the salesman to see who makes the best deal, and believe me you will never win. It then takes hours to finish a purchase at these places. Not at Premium! There was no high pressure, no haggling. They presented us with all our options, then said what would you like to do. We bought the SUV, an were on our way in an hour.

NIghtmare! I bought a car from them with the miles turned back. It is all over the carfax report, which they did not show to me. I cancelled the extended warranty that they sold me, which I paid for in full, almost $4,000 for the warranty. They refuse to send me the refund check that they cashed. This car has sooooo many problems. I have spent a ton of money fixing just some of them. I now have attorneys involved. I would give them a negative 5 rating if possible. Save yourself the torture. They also do not return calls when theres a problem.

Nice salesman but don’t keep their word. Said they’d order us a manual. That was in January. Still waiting. Bad enough there was only one key but to flat out lie to you? The manager wouldn’t work at all with getting us a serving key. I wish we had just walked away. I’d definitely suggest going just about anywhere else.
