I purchased a 2023 Executive edition X7 from Dreyer and Reinbold BMW a year ago. Cameron D (Dreyer South) was my sales associate. No pressure and is absolutely the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. The service people,Tony and Mike, have been outstanding with my wife's BMW and mine. The X7 is a great SUV, but I found was not what I really wanted in performance. Recently, I saw a rare carbon fiber top 2025 M850i for sale there. Cameron was very patient with my questions and concerns about switching to a completely different type of vehicle. I dropped the hammer! Jim B (F & I manager) was outstanding in finding low interest financing and did not pressure me to buy aftermarket packages I didn't want. Chris C, sales associate, who didn't make the sale, also helped deliver the car. I owned a car dealership and I can tell you this is a one of kind dealership. They provided coffee and even additional refreshments such as donuts, which made the waiting experience much more comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, polite, respectful, and diligent in assisting me throughout the process. I especially want to acknowledge my service writer, Graham Walker, for his professionalism, patience, and clear communication. He took the time to listen, explain the situation, and help guide me through a difficult diagnostic process with my vehicle. I also want to recognize Kenneth, the technician, for his diligent and honest work. He took the time to properly inspect and evaluate the vehicle, and I truly appreciate the effort that was put into diagnosing a complicated issue. It was clear to me that the work was handled with integrity and care. I have 16 years of experience in the automotive business, and I have seen enough over the years to recognize when a company operates with honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer care.
