Great Job Bob Garrison Service Manager - Kimball1

We have bought from Davis- Moore before and the sales people were very good at making Great Deals. This time I was needing and extra key for our crossfire. I called the parts department they said they had a new $15,000 key machine to make keys. For the crossfire they would have to order it and it could take a few weeks or longer. I called around and checked on lone and found one that was very expensive I could get within a week. I brought the key in to have it cut and programed. They cut the key and had me get with Service Manager Bob Garrison. Bob got right on it. He came back 30 minutes or and said they had cut the key wrong. But I have another key coming that is already cut. This next Wednesday and we can get it program and get you on your way.
