Last time an oil change at this location took over 2 hours, and that was with an appointment. This time I dropped my car off overnight. Nicholas called in the morning to confirm the work to be done, and called back when the car was finished. When I met Nicholas in person when picking up my car, he was friendly, courteous and had me on the way in a few minutes.

Was told very last minute that the vehicle we were purchasing (2014 Cadillac ATS) did not qualify for the Lifetime Warranty they offer (despite it having a sticker advertising it on the windshield and meeting all the mileage, the sales rep sayimg multiple times that it did and age they advertised for the Lifetime Warranty). Sales rep, Dan, assured me the car had been completely checked and serviced and if there was a problem they would work with us. Within a couple days the car started leaking oil and idling very rough. Kept leaving voicemails for sales rep with no answer for almost a week. Now we finally got the car in for service to be informed they want $75 just to diagnose what is going on with it. Will NEVER buy from this dealer again. Be sure if you do to have the car inspected by someone else thoroughly before hand.

I have done business with laird Noller since I bought my first car. Every experience was great and I had only good things to say. After my experience today. I am not sure what happened. I went to inquire about a truck and potentially trade in a mustang I had purchased from them two years ago. The Salesman asked me what time to meet him, I explained to him I could do it in the morning and he text me early asking what time. I told him 830. He never showed up, I sat in the building for 30 minutes before I could get help. I got stuck with another salesman who rushed me through didn’t ask me what I was looking for, literally put zero emphasis on me as a buyer and what I wanted to get out of the situation. Then they have my car for 3 minutes and then insult me with an unbelievable trade in quote. (Apparently it cost 600$ for tire sensors). When I was about to leave they said they would work on a deal. I waited for another hour and nothing happened. I told them I had to go to work, they said they would contact me before 5. No one ever called me and to top off the situation the truck that they had listed wasn’t even the model as described.

Wen into dealership for an oil change etc. Waited for the work to be done which took 30-45 minutes I would guess. Shortly they called me to the counter to say the work was completed. Total bill was $120 Only problem was I had a service contract so there should not have been a charge. Bill goes back out to the service manager to correct. When he came back with the revised bill he said he had hit the wrong button on the computer. Not sure I totally believe that. Have been dealing with Noller for almost 30 years and this is the first time I have ever had a problem with the bill.
