Jason stepped up as my service advisor after a mis-handling of a tire order. He rectified the situation promptly and offered a service upgrade as compensation for the extra travel and time I incurred. Hats off to Jason and the service department for a great overall experience!

Hatchett Hyundai is the most disorganized company I’ve - NotAFan2024

Hatchett Hyundai is the most disorganized company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer calls or return voicemails. We had to visit in person just to get any assistance. Even then, they either had no record of our visits, lost photos of our car, or had to resend information to Hyundai Motor USA. Additionally, Hyundai doesn’t stand behind their products. Their vehicles are poorly made, and they don’t take responsibility for issues. Save your money and invest elsewhere.

I'm so glad this moved to Garden City. - Rdoug

I'm so glad this moved to Garden City. I've bought a lot of cars from the team at Legacy and I'll never go anywhere else. They've always treated me fair. Family owned, community minded, and very involved in our community.
