Believe it or not it’s more than just the sell. I had the option of going with a BMW or Mercedes.. The initial phone call of the inquiry of both vehicles made the difference for me.. BMW of Austin sales person was overbearing and rude.. As with the Mercedes, Dan Nagel was top notch.. His approach was personalable and respectful and followed through all the way to the end. It’s easier to do business when all parties treat each other with respect and common courtesy.. That being said Dan Nagel was and is the only reason I chose to do business with Mercedes. Mercedes must know that they have a great sales representative in Mr. Nagel.. Thanks again Mercedes and Mr. Nagel for a great experience..

We actually didn't end up purchasing from this dealership, but the salesman we worked with was phenomenal. I really wish they could have matched what I ended up with elsewhere, because I'd buy a vehicle from Daniel in a heartbeat. He's not pushy, he's not rude, and he really went out of his way to try and find me what I wanted. I really appreciated his time and attitude, especially since I'm not what I'd consider to be your typical "aristocrat" shopper. I came in in jeans and sneakers and he treated me just the same as the dude in a suit he was talking to before me.
Wish I could say the same for the front desk lady, though. She's not super friendly if you don't look like you roll in a bathtub full of money every night. She actually used the word "mooch" when talking to us. Maybe that means something different in England, but here in the states it's pretty offensive when you've worked your xxx off to be able to buy a nice car, ma'am.
