So, I didn't buy a car here but i would. I actually reached out to Nadia after researching used vehicles from home here in Topeka. She provided me the current selection of cars in my price range and also answered many questions about their warranties and maintenance on used vehicles. That was in September. My bf went on his own and bought from an individual and got a super expensive truck and well, that was, i feel, a very bad decision. Dodge truck with 7 mpg on the hwy! But , Nadia did reach out to me and also was very polite and helpful. It personalized my experience, even through the phone. Now 6 months later, Nadia sent me a text message just checking back in with me. What better customer service could one ask for?! And i never spent a dollar there. I would though. So check out their website if you want a fair deal from a dealership. They have a car in your price range A good one.

This dealership really helped us out in a pinch!!! While driving to Arizona for the rest of the winter and our car had some alignment issues. We called to see if they could get us in. This Hyundai dealership actually answered the phone!! Coy, the service manager indicated since we were traveling through, to stop by and they would do their best to work us into their packed service schedule. When we arrived, we spoke to service advisor Brogan and he was terrific. He got us into the shop immediately. He was friendly, and caring, and kept us abreast of the issue status. In about 90 minutes our repair was completed and we were on our way to AZ! The pricing was very reasonable, even discounted I think, and our Sonata ran great after the repair. Thanks to Coy, Brogan, and the Hatchett Hyundai East team!!

We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. They gave us a brand new 2025 Palisade as a loner and ended up having my car for 3 months. They called in engineers from Hyundai to see if they were able to locate the issue. I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!
