I want to deeply thank Jeff Wake and his team for getting me out of a jam. My bride and I are traveling cross country when my truck started having electrical issues. I went to a Chevy dealership on 14 May and was informed that they could not get to me until 21 May. I went down to the GMC dealership and Jeff got me an immediately and resolved my issue promptly, this allowed me to get back on the road in short time. Highly recommend this dealership.

I wish to thank Jason Petty, service advisor and tech: Michael Steiner for going above and beyond in my estimation, for taking in my 2016 Kia Forte which I bought used from another dealer yet installed a different wheel which included cruise control. I had bought this after reading on Kia Forte forum that others had been successful in replacing a similar situation. I knew there would be no dash light indicator but I had no success finding an independent mechanic to install. The dealer I bought my car from wouldn’t install it either. I called Kia and Jason scheduled me to attempt the install not being able to guarantee it would work but happy me and them when they were able to make the change and it work just fine. I was not told the car didn’t have cruise control when I purchased the car and was sad not to have it after giving up car which did. This makes my Firte supremely happy to enjoy owning now. This Kia of Manhattan has won my thanks and future remembrance when it’s time for another car. And MORE SURPRISINGLY, they washed my car afterwards, incredible concern for providing excellence in service!

We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. They gave us a brand new 2025 Palisade as a loner and ended up having my car for 3 months. They called in engineers from Hyundai to see if they were able to locate the issue. I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER!!! Mr. Adam White greeted me within just a few minutes of entering the service department and asked if I had been helped. Although I didn't have an appointment, he heard about my concern and made me feel like I was going to get the best service experience in all of Olathe. The tech quickly looked over my concern, and Adam was able to seamlessly process a warranty claim. When I picked up my car, it was not only washed, but it drove like the day I took it off the lot.
