Ms. Carroll was an excellent sales rep. Stayed well after closing time to make sure I had everything I needed to head home. The purchase process was pleasant. Rating Would be 5 stars except it took staff and hour and a half before someone (Ms.Carroll) asked me if I needed any assistance. This was my first purchase from Paul Miller Ford and it was a good one. I believe they made me a good deal on the Ford Escape I purchased. I highly recommend Paul Miller to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I have pretty much been a Toyota person for the last 20 years. Time will tell if a Ford can match Toyota from a quality/reliability standpoint. I sure hope so as I really like the 2019 Escape I purchased and I have owned several Ford vehicles in my lifetime and all were good products.

Had a great experience at Paul Miller Ford. First of all, Beal Murphy sales representative was kind and knowledgeable. Second, Derek Scroggins Sales Director and J.P. Miller Sales Manager, worked wonders to make my trade in and new F150 purchase a reality. Thirdly Ken Cusic Business manager did an amazing job getting me a 7 year extended warranty.

Bought the second CX-9 from Alton Blakley - CX-9
We purchased a CX-9 from them in 2010. We had 190000 miles on it and have spent almost nothing in repairs. Most of that credit goes to Danis Combs and his service team. We passed this car along to our son and was in the market for a new car. We shopped many dealers and brands. Adam Roark and Chris Todd worked very hard to make sure we drove the vehicles we were interested in and that we got a good deal. We ended up buying another CX-9 GT 2019 from them. Due to Danis Combs excellent service department and the hard work done by Adam Roark and Chris Todd on the sales end, we had to chose Alton Blakley again.

We took our 2005 RX-8 daily driver - in perfect shape - to Paducah Mazda for a factory recall, they kept it for months and didn't start it - lost compression, and now it won't start. And they won't do anything about it. And we bought a vehicle from them! Will never do business there again.

I would give zero stars if I could. This was the worst experience. First salesman told us a light on dash was normal, found out it indicated a safety feature wasn't working due to an undisclosed after market windshield.
We notice inconsistent mileage on carfax, salesman said it was no big deal and he would email to confirm it was corrected. Then they issued us a registration with the incorrect mileage (68000 vs the actual mileage of 37000). They said we had to wait for title to arrive before they could fix it, WE had to call about title and found it wouldn't have ever been sent because they never canceled the title application for previous buyers who backed out (wonder why!?!). We were driving a car in the names (and social security numbers) of two other people and with a registration that didn't match the vehicle!!
That's not the end!!! ...they sold us a bumper to bumper warranty, but it did not cover the rusted brakes (pads and rotors) we had to pay to replace 3 months after we purchased it.
One guy working there was awesome.... Wish we'd dealt with him. Instead we witnessed one of the finance guys bark at him and berate him right in front of us.
This place is AWFUL!! we will never buy another mazda because of this experience. They obviously take no pride in their service or oversee their dealerships. Our experience was beyond bad...the registration/ title issue bordered on illegal. We were told by the title people at the capital not to drive it until the issues were resolved because of the possible legal implications. Horrible.
