I had to update my google review because of the service department. I had a scheduled drop off 2 weeks out and when I got there they didn't have a loaner per my request. On top of that they found a vehicle for me to drive but wanted to charge a $55 day rental.
I've upped this to 5 star thanks to Tate in the service department for reaching out and taking care of my issues the same day.

I've got a 2017 Dodge Journey with the 3.6 vvt engine. I've owned it since it's had 30k miles on it. At 40k started having a po349 cam sensor code engine light. The car is under warranty until 60k, Mr. Turner in the service department has been very helpful in trying to resolve this issue at no cost so far. Its been back three times for same code though, I hope the cam phaser they just replaced does the trick.

Took my jeep in for service because My fuel pedal stopped working after an ECM change, this was the only problem I went in for, While having my jeep Martin Dodge tech manage to erase my map database in my touch screen radio with GPS. After having multiple technicians work on my jeep still didn’t get the radio fixed, was then told They didn’t know how to fix mine and I would have to buy a radio! I have to re-iterating that my radio was working fine when I brought my jeep into service I was not going to buy a radio, I have tried to contact multiple people and nobody will respond after telling me they didn’t feel like they where responsible!

I've taken my 2007 Ram and my 2010 Chrysler there since I purchased them. I call ahead to make an appointment and have always received great service. My vehicles are always done on time and great care is taken that my service experience is to my liking. Having been in that type of environment as a mechanic I know that there can be problems. But now as a customer I can see that problems crop up, But they have been able to head them off as quickly as possible.

I want to say this is the best group of people I have dealt with. I have nothing bad to say and recommend anyone and everyone to come see them. I know they will make you feel happy and satisfied. I truly appreciate big m super store for helping me get my first brand new vechile. The service department is great also. I went in for service this weekend and was in and out quickly. I would by another vechile off of them and hope everyone gives them a chance to him them on there next vechile.

Bob Allen returnes also my vehicle late. The several hundred dollar computer replaced had to be replaced again within a year. They did terrible service and terrible work, and they broke things in my car.

My wife and I started driving on Thursday, 19 Nov 2020, to visit our daughter in Maryland for Thanksgiving. We planned a stop in Bardstown because the Makers Mark barrel I sponsored as an Ambassador about ten years ago is ready and its time to get custom bottles from that batch! Well, the power steering on our 2006 Lincoln Town Car started to fail three hours from our hotel. I stopped for fuel, checked the power steering fluid, and there was a significant loss. I filled it up, we made it to Bardstown, but the power steering was growling and barely working. On the way to our hotel we saw the Conway Heaton Ford dealership just 1/2 mile down the road! What luck! We brought the car there at 0800, explained the situation, and they IMMEDIATELY started working on it.
They trobleshot the problem, went to get the parts, and had it fixed by 0930!! We made it to Makers Mark on time, and then hit the road to Maryland on schedule. Carl Childers was the great guy who helped us, and whoever the mechanic was, God Bless him too. I spent 33 years as active duty Air Force and I've been all over this nation in almost every state. In the hundreds of thousands of miles traveled we had the opportunity to use dozens of dealerships, and other mechanics, over the years. Today may be the best service department performance I've ever experienced. No exaggeration. Your service team changed our day from what could have been a disaster, to a blessing. Thanks!

Bad repair work at this service center.Had this van over two months for engine computer repair and third time on repair of front and rear blowers for ac/heat still not repaired properly also now has more electrical problems than before work was done.took back to shop may 5th still sitting in same spot as of may 7th no attempt has been made to correct issues as of this time.This is a rv van now electrical in rv part is in a complete mess.Was told that they only worked on the systems to fix fan blowers but l had to replace fuses and generator or electric hookup will not run rv part correctly since it was worked on. All of this functioned properly before.I. would avoid this service center unless it is a simple repair
Free oil for life didn't live long - disappointed1
We purchased a new Nissan Frontier in 2014 with the promise of free oil changes for life. Since Don Franklin has bought the dealership, they are now discontinuing the deal. We drove 75 miles one way and were not informed of any of this when making an appointment. They should have an obligation to the existing customers and stop the program going forward if they want. We are planning to purchase a new vehicle in the coming year. This kind of customer service has caused me to avoid any Don Franklin dealers when making that decision.
