I was there yesterday. My car problems started 2 weeks ago and I had a lot of troubles. Finaly, I discouvered this great service and they helped me. You are great. Thanks a lot. Now, I can drive my car with pleasure, because I know that if there is a problem - you are here to help. I will highly recommend you to everyone I know!!!

A great experience working with Dan Tolson. There were no hassles or surprises, and everything went smoothly. He did a great job of helping explain next steps, and was very patient and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!

We were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee, when we had our warning lights come on. We pulled into Joseph Subaru, and they took excellent care of us. They diagnosed the issue, had the module sensor in stock, and had us on the road in a couple hours. Very friendly service.

May not have rotated my tires as claimed they did. - Unhappy

May not have rotated my tires as claimed they did. Air pressure different in each tire yet was same after rotation. For example left front was 38 psi and right rear was 35 psi and after rotating the left front and right rear still had the same psi when I asked how this was possible I was told it was a coincidence. So it seems the rotation was never done.

The technicians are nice and knowledgeable, the wait time was short and the overall cost seemed reasonable.
