Great service & nice staff. Staff makes sure customers have everything they need. Nothing to do with the survey but I personally like their snack/coffee corner. Very entertaining when you have to wait.;)

Car broke down on a Friday evening (335d/90k miles) and was towed to the dealer. Saturday I was contacted by a service rep and said he would call me back, no call. I then spoke with the service team on Monday AM, an they called me back later that day and informed me what was wrong with the car. I asked to have the estimate emailed so I could review the $2.5k (I wasn't surprised, it was broken bad) total I was quoted. After a few phone calls with the team, I asked that since the car was torn apart they check over the hoses, and recommend any extra services for a 90k mile engine. I finally got the quote 24 hours later and approved the work. Wednesday part was ordered and installed Thursday. Overall, the service was good and they got it done before a major storm rolled into the area. But communication could've been a little better. I tried getting some additional services completed while my car was there, but I never heard anything back so I dropped the issue. Overall, I would recommend Brian Harris BMW.

I want to share my not so pleasant experience with the rest of you so that hopefully you won’t have the same experience I had with this dealership at the end of June 2019. I dealt with Anson Westerfield at Peake BMW, who by all accounts, was just a poor salesman to deal with. His communication and follow through were terrible. I was an out-of-state buyer on a used 2016 228i and Anson Westerfield did not want to confirm anything in writing over email. Some of his limited emails were poorly written and did not answer all of my questions. He would answer his phone with “hey”, instead of addressing his customer by name or answering in a professional manner, one expected from a reputable dealership.
The day before I was scheduled to fly to New Orleans to pick up the vehicle, all communication with Anson ceased. At about 7pm that night I received an email from Geoffrey Barnes stating the deal was not what Anson and I agreed to and the dealership would not promise to hold the vehicle for me. I was put in a difficult position because the terms of our agreement were changed and even if I did arrive the next day, there was no guarantee the car would be there. At the end, I ended up not flying out there. I never heard back from Anson Westerfield nor from Geoffrey Barnes.
This poor customer service is not what I expected dealing with a BMW dealership. Shame on them.

I purchased a used BMW from the ORR BMW., and I have had nothing but problems. We took the car back in a week because of noise in the front wheel of the car( after we called about the problem) that’s when they could fit us in. They said that they heard no noise, but yet until this day I am still hearing the noise. I’ve taken it back 2 more time for the same problem, but they said the same thing. I also had to take it back twice for coil problems, which was bad when I purchased the car, because we took it back for the noise in the wheel, the mechanic said it So now I’m having to pay 800.00 because the coil is not covered under warranty. I thought buying from the dealership that the car would last at least until I pay a couple of notes . Purchased the car in June and already has to payout almost a thousand dollars

I bought a2017, F-250 King Ranch
First the people talked me into getting two fuel filters which was 183.00. When I left I was going down the road a few days later and my fuel line came off. The inexspierienced people didn't put the fuel lne back on correctly. My new truck was towed in, Now my $80,000.00 new truck smells like diesel inside and out. They ignore me when I complain. They need to give me back that money to get my truck cleaned. But I get ignored every time they say what you want to hear up there.
I also have my console that's leather. It's coming apart and they just keep giving me the run around. The Service guy that says he can help doesent do a xxxx thing but tell you what you want to hear. I have been trying to get him to get this fixed for months. I am so fed up with this rip off place I can't see straight. Actually the finance man that sold me my truck got arrested for stealing from this sorry place(Hixson Ford autoplex) that's a joke. And the service is bad as any place I've.been. .
Please don't go here for any reason. I wish I would have went to Texas, I heard they give better deals anyway. I hope they go out business. And they all loose there jobs. No phone calls or nothing from the service guy that said he would help me.

I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!
