I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!

Again I give this dealership one star because there is no option to give them zero stars. These men will tell you anything and make empty promises to get you to buy a car. Then once you buy the car they will deny everything they promised and lie about it. I was sold what I thought was an extended warranty and come to find out it was an extended maintenance. When I brought my car to get the oil leak checked I found out that the cost to repair it would be $2500 and the extended maintenance did not cover this. I was talked in to trading my car in and I told them the only way I could purchase a new car was if they refunded or wrote off the BMW credit card they charged $2000 on for the extended warranty. Of course they promised to do this and of course they lied and since they use shady tactics such as switching salesmen throughout the whole process they are denying they agreed to this. I'm now stuck with a $2000 credit card for a warranty on a car I no longer own. What is surprising to me is that they sold my other car that supposedly has an extended maintenance warranty but it has never been fully paid for. Could this be fraud?
Do not use this dealership they are horrible. For the new car I bought I brought it in because the tire was saying it had low pressure, the idiots did not inspect the tire they checked the display screen which an 8 year old could do and now I'm having to put air in it twice a week.
Well my attorney spoke to the manager and they tried to Bribe me to take down my negative ratings. They said they would give me $1000 to delete my review. Well the credit are balance is $2000 not $1000. I somehow don't think that this is within good ethical standards but I guess when dealing with thieves and liars anything goes.
Epic fail at Customer Service AND vehicle service - ❤️BMW
My car has been at BH BMW 11 ELEVEN! Days! After 5 attempts, I reached Dee, who was rude, unhelpful, unapologetic & full of excuses. On speaker, this conversation was heard by others, who were horrified. I was told they were “too busy” to look at my car due to Christmas; I would absolutely be contacted before any work was done. “ My husband went to get something out of it. He spent an hour with an employee, looking for my car. Employee said this was their slowest time of year, very little work. Turns out, my car was taken to BH Chevrolet for “body work”. My car doesn’t need bodywork! It’s the steering & suspension! I was not notified of this, nor did I give my permission to BH BMW to send my car to another location. I was planning on replacing my 2014 535 with a 2019 540. It will not be from Brian Harris.
