I purchased my second BMW from Michelle Newland today and I will never buy another vehicle from anyone but her. Buying a car can be stressful especially if you are a woman and she makes you feel totally at ease through the entire process. I trust her completely and consider her family. I know she has my best interest in mind and she makes sure I am getting the best deal. There is no pressure or stress, she is upfront, honest and genuine. I truly felt like a valued customer and left the dealership on cloud nine! I got my dream car and I owe it all to Michelle!!! She worked so hard to make my dream come true!!!

Nothing but good things to say about my last experience. Gerry was kind and very professional. Didn’t have any loaner cars because of the flood but Gerry made sure I got home safe. From the time I dropped my vehicle off to the time I picked it up. Gerry kept me informed. Very pleasant and courteous.

I am a out of state purchaser and purchased a 2019 BMW 330i Sedan Msport from this dealership. The sales person Don Johnson sold us a dirty damaged car and failed to disclosed that the car has been in an accident and we found out that it was poorly repaired. As a BWM Franchise dealership, i expected that they would inspect all their used cars before selling them, but if you see these pictures attached, it is obvious they failed or even bother to check the car. One of the door hinges has a piece of metal behind it!!! How do you miss that as a franchise dealership? Door has been poorly repainted as you can see form the pictures, bolts are missing from the door panel, side skirts are not properly attached and falling off. I contacted the sales person and sent him pictures and video of the car and he said he would let his General Manager Geoffrey Barnes know about the situation and call us back. Didn't hear back from Geoffrey Barnes and called him and left him a voicemail, still didn't hear from him back. Called Don Johnson and he said he would talk to general manager Geoffrey Barnes to give us a call back, didn't call me back at all. I called in to dealership and had the receptionist pass the call to him and he picked up. Basically, he knew about the situation and said sorry it was sold as is and he said out of state deals he asked everyone to fly in to inspect the car. I am all the way in California and I am purchasing from a BMW Franchise Dealership, i didn't expect them to sell a car like this and even if they did, they should have inspected and disclosed this. The way the general sales manager resolved this issue was basically trying to wash his hand of the situation and didn't even bother trying to resolve the issue. He basically told us tough luck and sold as is. Very shady dealership! In addition, we noticed that the Carfax was service at the dealership and they had the Door edge guard(s) replaced, but that was where the damages were and even the door edge guards rubber was falling apart, so i believe the dealership knew about the situation but didn't bother to report it. I am definitely furious with the poor condition of the car but more importantly the customer service of this dealership is very bad and also how shady the dealership is. Would stay away and never buy cars from based on how management treats their clients! I wish i can attached videos to show you how bad the car they sold us was, but here are the photos and you can be the judge for yourself.

I have a 2015 F-150. The truck on a cold start would rattle and tick around the front driver side tire. I knew this wasn't a normal sound because my last truck did it and I was told "that's what a Ford sounds like" .. the main barring went out shortly after. So I took it to a Ford dealer in Minnesota while I was on vacation and was told it was normal. Returned to Louisiana and took it to Hixson told them what was going on with it, showed them videos I had of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks!! During this time I did NOT receive one single phone call from them about anything I always to call and check on it. (This whole time I'm dealing with the "service manager") aka Sam! I finally demand a response on what's wrong he tells me the cam phaser and solenoid were out and the part would be in the following Monday.. Tuesday came around and he called and said it was ready, I went to the dealer at 530 and he wasn't there.. I had to wait 30 mins for them to find my keys, I paid for my oil change and asked for my warranty paperwork, the woman looked at me and said there is no paperwork to go talk to a woman in service so I did so. I talked to a woman named Terra, she looks at the computer and tells me "sir I'll take the rap and ratting them out but nothing was ordered or fixed on your truck" I said I'll be in contact the next day, I walked out and started my truck and heard the noise so I shut it down and went and got her so she could hear. She told me that it definitely wasn't normal and to bring it the next day she would have me a loaner and she would call at 9 am. Next day came 945 am came around and nothing, I called her cell phone and no answer, I called service was put on hold for 20 mins, finally Sam (the service manager that has been pulling my leg) answered and said he was the one I needed to talk too. So Terra lied and wouldn't even talk to me. I finally told Sam I'd like to talk to manager above him and he had one call me. I told this manager what was going on and he says " sir I looked and listened to your truck with the shop foreman, those Ecoboost just rattle sometimes" I said... I don't have a Ecoboost, I have the V-8!!! SO there was yet ANOTHER LIE!! He could not answer me on why the service manager told me parts were ordered and could not answer me about Terra lying to me. So all in all they kept my truck 2 weeks for a oil change and now it's at another dealership getting looked at! I deal alot with the public and will be sure to tell everyone not to go to HIXSON IN MONROE Louisiana!!

I bought a2017, F-250 King Ranch
First the people talked me into getting two fuel filters which was 183.00. When I left I was going down the road a few days later and my fuel line came off. The inexspierienced people didn't put the fuel lne back on correctly. My new truck was towed in, Now my $80,000.00 new truck smells like diesel inside and out. They ignore me when I complain. They need to give me back that money to get my truck cleaned. But I get ignored every time they say what you want to hear up there.
I also have my console that's leather. It's coming apart and they just keep giving me the run around. The Service guy that says he can help doesent do a xxxx thing but tell you what you want to hear. I have been trying to get him to get this fixed for months. I am so fed up with this rip off place I can't see straight. Actually the finance man that sold me my truck got arrested for stealing from this sorry place(Hixson Ford autoplex) that's a joke. And the service is bad as any place I've.been. .
Please don't go here for any reason. I wish I would have went to Texas, I heard they give better deals anyway. I hope they go out business. And they all loose there jobs. No phone calls or nothing from the service guy that said he would help me.

Orr BMW has never failed to take care of me. When I needed them the most, they took care of me when one of the most traumatic events happened in my life. I had only been working a few months and they still did all they could to help me through my tough time. I have also had the ability to meet people who have the best hearts and want to help not only me, but their customers as well so they have the best service and experience. We don't just sell cars and fix them, we create a relationship with the people we meet an make a family. I love my BMW family and know you will too.

I drove 9 hours to and from Houston to get the vehicle, service, and delivery experience consumers should be getting. Patrick Harrison has been beyond helpful and pleasant to work with. Patrick and Walker does not give the run around and BS that local Houston dealers are known for giving. I've purchased many cars (Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Lexus, etc.) throughout the years and I can say Walker has given me the most detailed delivery experience over the rest of them.
Finance was great as well, so as the other staff that was at Walker. Usually you walk into a dealership and you only get greeted by the sales that sold you vehicle but Walker as a whole felt more of a local family business that was welcoming.
Patrick was super detailed pre-purchase and continued to follow up on the vehicle production, when it shipped out, when it was in transit, when it arrived, and even when I was on my way home. The 9 hour drive was well worth it.
