Drove 4 hours to pick up an explorer that was supposed to be in excellent condition. Saw tears in leather, could tell it had been repainted, cracked plastic, and broken latches. None of this was mentioned in the week of phone calls and all the photos hid the issues! Scam artist

my daughter took her 2007 ford focus in because there was issue with vehicle vibrating. service manager told her that he hooked vehicle to machine and drove and there was definitely no issues. I searched and found there is recall associated with transmission and called him back and he lied and told me that he told my daughter what problem was but it could not be fixed and that my salesperson should have told me that all ford focus shutter when braking. so if it cannot be fixed why is there a recall. issue still not resolved nor any solution given.
Service Department Theft - Learned my lesson
I had a rather expensive item stolen while my vehicle was there for service. Of course, they originally stated they would make it right, but decided not to after stringing me along for a month. Liars and thieves.

We will never buy a Ford again. This was the biggest mistake. We bought the Ford Explorer brand new. Within the first year the service department has forgotten to screw on the oil cover after an oil change. Which is fine - they were able to fix it once we noticed, but it was as I was going into the hospital for labor. Our axel needed to completely be replaced in the first year. They give you a hard time about borrowing a car or getting you to your house so you need to figure out other plans for yourself. The car stays with them for days while they leave you out on your car. We are experiencing again the same issue with the axel and will need to bring it back. If it was fixed correctly maybe I could understand - but it is not. The price of his car is way more than it is worth. This is more of a headache than anything else. Do not buy from here.

Paid cash for car including title work. They never sent us our title and, instead, reported a lien on our car. I have to pay around $150 to get my title which I had already paid them for. The water pump went out on the vehicle one day after the warranty expired. Instead of helping, they charged us $750 to replace the water pump and tried to sell us another worthless warranty.

The vehicle was towed into service department with a broken left rear axel, service department quoted and installed a complete used rear differential assembly, and failed to properly inspect the used differential which had a bent axle. After picking up the vehicle and bringing back the next day due to the left rear whhel wobbling, was told the replacement axle would be no charge, but we would have to pay for the labor to replace the axle. We were never given an estimate to replace with new parts and was not informed that the was no warranty on labor for the used part. We had no option but to agree to pay the additional labor to get the vehicle fixed and back into operation.

They promised me a deal all they saw was dollar signs. They said the service the car like change oil and filters. The oil looked like it was time to be changed and the air filter was brown. New one would not have had so much brown to it. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle with them I will recommend to anybody that they do not go there either.
