My experience was so so. The real problem i have is before I took my car i had just put a set of tires on my car. And I told the gentleman that was helping me i could tell him where to get the tire from. Now am riding on 3 of the same tires and one odd tire.

My silvarado 2500HD(2015) with a fifth wheel was towed to this dealership one day ago. They diagnosed the problem, got me and my wife a rental car so we could make it back to Illinois. All under warranty. They went out of their way for us. Their diesel mechanic was great. We are waiting for the parts to fix my truck. They have our fifth wheel in their parking lot. I wish this dealer was in illinois.

4 1/2hrs to put on new tires and align my 2500hd and on top of that they couldn’t do it, so therefore they said it was to hard even with the shop manager trying and he couldn’t do it, and I had to go somewhere else, ok thanks to Lake Charles alignment for getting it done. Horrendous customer service. I purchased wrap and GAP. Before I moved states away I tried to have my tires serviced, but when i called, they said they "didnt do that". A few months ago I tried contacting the salesman who had recently sent me an email saying he had taken over my account and to let him know if he needed anything. I wanted information on my wrap policy because I couldn't find the paperwork
Again, several calls and emails later I never got a response. The next day I called the dealership a bunch of times between 5 and 8 and all of their lines were down. It was impossible to get through. My car was recently totaled as well. Dealing with their GAP company was easy and the customer service was great, but when it came time to contact the dealership and cancel my warranty? Surprise, no response to two voicemails and an email. Thankfully the policy holder was able to go over their head. Cancelling the warranty was the last thing I needed to do for my settlement to go through and God knows how long I would be waiting on them especially being several states away now. Good thing I wasn't interested in buying another car from them at this point anyway. Someone else will be getting the money from my next car purchase. If you do buy from here, DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY. It is like pulling teeth if you need anything done. They're just interested in the money you can put in their pocket.

How I was treated by the managers and the general manager (Kevin Spain & Pat Booth), was almost worst than racism itself! All they cared about was making the sell, and not about the customer! It appears they can't work on or have the knowledge to work on my car. UNTIL MORE TRAINING FROM THE TOP IS IMPLEMENTED, I as a customer will have second thoughts about bringing my vehicle back there.

Don’t keep appointment times, people had appointments after me got out n was gone, I asked their appointments, no steering wheel cover, no seat cover, had to sanitize my car after service, rude shuttle driver, couldn’t give me a return tome to pick up from dr office, not good wth pandemic. Didn’t rotate my tires, like I asked took almost 3 hrs for a oil change with a appointment. Sad, never again, no pandemic precautions

Recently stopped by to see if they could check out my tire sensor since it was showing up with the cooler weather. It was a nail, not the sensor. They checked & I had some type of coverage from when I purchased my vehicle 2 years prior so I got a new tire. In & out in no time!
