He also had to jump through hoops to get my interest met, 48 hours to test drive the CRV I wanted. It was worth the wait. I'm very pleased with my CRV and Robert.

I just want to say how extremely satisfied I am with Ira Honda and Emma my service advisor. She made my experience enjoyable. She is very attentive to detail and she came out and told me what was wrong with my car and the warranty issue with my car and she made a house so free to order my part and I’m just satisfied the way I handled my claim today. I will be coming back to Ira Honda and dealing with Emma again and I hope to buy other vehicles at this dealership, Aro Honda is my dealership.

My visitng brother from Massachusetts had a problem with his exhaust earlier this week, and we came in without an appointment. Mitch handled the matter very professionally, efficiently, and courteously. It was a busy morning for the Service department, but he and the team were extremely helpful and we want to register our thanks and acknowledge the job well done.

Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
