Friendly atmosphere and great people who always try their best. I’ve been servicing my car here for over 10 years. One small remark: in the past, the service always included vacuuming and an exterior wash, which is no longer offered — that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Robert Tremaine was a pleasurer to work with, he did not pressure me into anything, he has a calming voice, patients and listened to everything I wanted. He also had to jump through hoops to get my interest met, 48 hours to test drive the CRV I wanted. It was worth the wait. I'm very pleased with my CRV and Robert.

No sense of urgency with getting floor mats or visors for my vehicle. Not even the first aid kit. Honday surveys are bought for 10/10s and i would assume the same with their facebook. Maybe was a one off experience? But with no follow up from them i assume its just the way they do business.

Darlings Honda of Bangor ME will always match if not beat their pricing on vehicles. Service department that is not customer service oriented. Looking to get money from single woman who they think don't know any better. Are un-informative and refuse to ask or listen to ways to better their service or processes. General manager Todd Embelton in fact hung up on me after cutting me off in conversation and not even asking me my reason for speaking with him. He's lost a customer for good.
