Anthony H. is by far the BEST customer service guy of any place anywhere!!! He is extremely knowledgeable of all automobiles and trucks!!! Anthony understands automotive operational and mechanical service delivery and his communication skills are outstanding. I know first-hand that Anthony listens to the needs of the customer. He is friendly smart and efficient in his job. Anthony will do whatever it takes to find the best cost-savings product. Whether it’s a routine oil change new parts or routine service check Anthony gets things done quickly and always explains what is needed and what can wait until later. Recently, Anthony was able to fit me into a last minute schedule on a Friday afternoon after hearing my urgent need for snow tires before the big storm. Even though unlikely to fit me due to a filled schedule he made sure I got serviced. I had called him at the last minute as I did not have funds until Friday morning to purchase new snow tires. He has helped me so many times like this and gone above and beyond!!! I trust his judgement on purchasing products performing repair and having routine truck service. He makes sure I have discounts when available and informs me of sales and comparison prices, he understands I want the best price. Anthony spent extra time on the phone with me to find the highest quality and least costly snow tires. The price better than any other business in New England. Anthony knows I’m a nurse needing to work weekends late hours and to travel to MA and back to Maine in a snow storms. He consistently treats me as I were family and is 100% reliable trustworthy and caring. Thank you Anthony and Rowe Ford Westbrook Service Center team!!! . I have been a Rowe Ford Westbrook customer for decades and commend Wally and Mark Camp for their outstanding business!!! I miss Mr. George Crowley Rowe Ford Salesman who passed away last year.
