3 Maryland MINI Dealers
The car buying experience was great until they failed to - phillyroots75
The car buying experience was great until they failed to provide title for the car I purchased out right at the time of the sale . Here it is 5 months later and I still do not have a title for the vehicle and per Maryland state law they are required to have the title on premise at the time of sale and have 30 days to provide it to the consumer or finance company. We are at 5 months now and they haven't given me the title. I'm shocked that a "reputable" dealership would conduct business this way. My calls and emails have been ignored . They will never get business from me again and I CAUTION those who purchase from them because this is very shady at this point and my next course of action is to seek legal counsel.

Grant Maurer was a sincere pleasure to work with. We were in the market for a used MINI and Grant was very helpful with understanding our specific needs. He respectfully kept in touch and finally found the perfect MINI us.
We negotiated a very fair price on our trade and were very pleased with the interest rate offered by the dealership. Everyone was easy to work with and very respectful with our time and needs.
All issues with the car were taken care of sooner than we thought, financing, title, tags, etc were all done quickly and efficiently. Also they detailed the car and gave us a full tank of gas.
I would highly recommend Grant and the whole team at Annapolis MINI to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. We are very happy new owners.

Mini can only be serviced at a Mini dealer. - Ande
Mini can only be serviced at a Mini dealer. Cost of service much higher than other service stations. I regret buying a Mini and don’t recommend it.
My mini (2013) has less than 30,000 miles. has had many service issues. The latest is the AC. Less tan 400 miles ago, I brought it in for repair. The reason for the lack of AC hadn’t been found, but cost over $173 for the diagnosis. I brought my 1924 Subaru in for lack of AC to a local service station a week after bringing the Mini in for AC repair. For the same dye diagnosis the charge was $114. My Mini is again at the dealership, less than 400 miles since the AC diagnosis, because the A C isn’t working.
Will never purchase a Mini again!!
