Took my Mazda in for service. Had to go to this location since the Mazda location is now closed. First I would like to say they did honor the free service that came with the Mazda at time of purchase. This was my first visit to this location. The building was clean, well kept and very inviting. Would like to give Kudos to the service rep Steve Jones, he was very polite and professional. Didn't know what to expect. In today's world good customer service is rare. But Steve proved the critics wrong, he provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to get my tire warranty issue resolved. Steve's made me feel like a valued customer and made such a good impression that I would return to this location for future service. Thank you Steve and keep up the excellent work.

I had an appt to service my car because of a flat left front tire. Mohammed arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the dealership. It turned out the valve stem on the tire was the real "culprit". Because I saved on having to purchase new front tires, I was able to address some other issues with the vehicle Mohammed had noted. I was so very pleased to have had Mohammed as a service advisor and appreciated his genuine concern and professionalism.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

There was a recall on my Tucsan for potential risk of fire which can happen when the vehicles part no running. I spoke to them to find out if my 2019 was one of those affected. Zac in the service department checked the VIN number and told me my vehicle was not on the recall list . I then contacted Hyundai's corporate offices and they said my car was on a list for recall . When I called Jones back later they finally came clean and admitted my vehicle was at risk of catching fire . Asked to speak to Mr Kilby they would not allow it . I will continue to encourage everyone not to do business with any Jones dealerships .

My 2 service visits of 2019. 1) Only requested oil change and new wiper blades all around. As I was paying the service advisor came out saying the technician forgot to put the rear wiper on. 2) Major service visit. Technician noted I had good tread on my tires. In reality the tread markers were visible and I was in the process of buying new tires. When I brought this to the service advisor's attention they offered to pay for one of my new tires. I stated I did not want them to pay for a tire...all I wanted was competent and honest service. 3) Now 2020, I called and left a message with my advisor that I wanted to schedule service. I did not get a call back after waiting 3 days...I called again. This time he said he was driving but would call me as soon as he reached the dealership. Must have been a long commute because after waiting 6 hours I called the service manager and had to leave a message with him. I have never heard from him at all. I called the sales manager yesterday to let him know of these things and I was told he would have the service department call me. Guess what....27 hours later and I have not heard a word. I guess the days of wanting to keep service customers have gone by the wayside. I will never purchase a car or have service done at this dealership.

In for an oil change only, but having just hit 100k miles they did inform me of several suggested maintenance items (expected, that's fine.) They also said they had a pair of recalls to address - one of which would require a follow-up appointment and several hours of time. I couldn't do this same day. I tried to take the car in to a different, more local dealer for service and Bob Bell had claimed the recall - so the other dealer would not touch the recall since Bob Bell had accepted payment for it, even though they hadn't done anything. Now I am forced to go back there or else not get it done. Pretty bullsh*t system.

My Pontiac Grand Am was involved in a fender bender in which my trunk lid was bent and my rear bumper was punctured. Hanagan's was recommended to me as an inexpensive and high-quality auto repair shop. I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. Even when I had to return to have a followup repair (they had repainted my entire trunk lid and a little bit of the paint had come loose from where the trunk closed), they did the work quickly and cheerfully--no cost. It's never fun to have your car in the shop but Hanagan's at least makes the experience as stress-less as possible
