First, I want to say that our initial impression was outstanding—everyone was very nice, helpful, and informative.
However, we’ve experienced several issues since picking up our vehicle. Louis followed up the Monday after our purchase, and we asked about the second key fob and financing paperwork so we could confirm when our first payment is due. We were told this information would be provided on a USB drive, but we did not receive one. Louis said he would send both the USB and key fob.
A week later, after not receiving any updates, we called to check on the status. At that time, we were informed that our financing had not been finalized and that additional items were needed, including two references and my most recent pay stub. We promptly emailed this information.
Later that same day, Louis mentioned to my husband that he would need to order the key fob because it could not be located, which was surprising as we believed this had already been addressed. We also discovered that our insurance had not been contacted, and we were told not to worry because coverage was tied to the temporary tag.
It has now been several more business days with no updates. At this point, it feels like once we drove off the lot, everything stalled. I’m struggling to understand how financing has not yet been finalized more than a week after the purchase.
I understand everyone is busy, but clearer communication and follow-through would be greatly appreciated.
