I came in to get some service on my 2015 Subaru Forester. Just sitting near the TV. Jonathan Loughrie, came over. He was my Salesperson back in 2014 when I bought my very first Subaru. We started talking. About 3-years ago, I kept getting emails, Subaru wanted to buy my Car, so I could trade it in, for a newer model. So, he discussed my options, buying a new car or to lease a new car. I very quickly started to listen to him about leasing a new, 2018 Subaru Forester. I knew I would like the Car, as I already have one. Mine had about 31,000 miles on it, and I've had it for almost 4-years. Loved it. So, I decided to lease a new 2018 Subaru Forester. This is the very first time, that I have had a vehicle that is an automatic. I've been driving for over 40-years, just have to get used to giving my left leg/foot a rest. When ever I am looking for a new car in the future, I would recommend Jonathan Loughrie at Thomas. I would also recommend him to any of my friends that may be looking for a new car. A plus with the car, it has Xm Radio installed. Which I love.

The service provided is excellent - the employees at this location are helpful, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and reliable. The scheduling operators are also very friendly and always find a a day/time that works with your schedule. They also have a shuttle service, if needed, and Robert is a pleasure to drive with and is always prompt. I have recommended Heritage to my family and friends. They had a great experience also and Kimberly and Diane were very helpful and fast. I have been able to drive directly to Heritage when my car had a problem which they timely fixed and the repair was at a good price. You never have to wait too long. I have even taken my car in when I heard a noise and they explained why there was no problem - they are extremely honest. The prices are also very reasonable and they have coupons.

The 2011 Sonata year was not the best one for Hyundai. Lots of problems. We didn't know that when we bought a new one from Fitzgerald. But we loved it for most of the time we drove it. But I loaned it to my daughter who was visiting and she drove it to Brooklyn with her family. On the way back the car stopped in Delaware. Had to be towed 112 miles back to Fitzgerald. Needed a new motor. Turned out it was under warranty, and it was replaced at no charge. Then another problem with the steering wheel shaft. It, too, was replaced. And three weeks ago, the car stopped again. This time it needed a transmission. In each of these instances,. as inconvenient and frustrating as they were - Fitzgerald (Rich Sukhram was our service rep and advocate) connected with Hyundai and got the replacement costs covered, Fiitzgerald did the work quickly and we also got a loaner car for some of that time. It is the reason why we are buying another car from Fitzgerald in next month

My Hyundai Sonata Hybrid experienced an unusual electrical failure recently. When I pressed the start button all the lights went through their usual process as in the past, but the engine didn't start and a triangle with the words "check Hybrid system". I was stranded miles from home and from the dealer. I called Massey Hyundai and spoke with Randy of the service department. When I explained the problem he recommended that I call the 800 number on the side window. I called and received professional support. They dispatched a tow truck and took the car to Massey Hyundai. I was called by Randy and told they had received the vehicle and would get right on it. The problem had not been encountered at that dealership before so Randy took action to call other service departments and I think he actually called the corporate Technical support department. Randy was totally honest with me and kept me updated concerning the course of action. They had to have a part shipped in and installed to get the car on the road again and this was over the Christmas holidays. I was provided a loaner since my vehicle would be in the shop for several days awaiting the part. I was thoroughly impressed by the support provided by Randy and the service department. I own three Hyundai vehicles and get them serviced at Massey Hyundai. They are reliable, professional and customer oriented. I would recommend then highly to all Hyundai owners.

Pohanka Hyundai has been the most unprofessional, non-communicating deslership I have ever dealt with. Do not take your car there unless you want it returned in a worse condition than when it was taken in. My car was taken in after a recall, that caused my car to stall in the middle of the highway, which almost caused multiple accidents (because my steering and brakes both locked up). I was guaranteed no more than 2 weeks til I had my car back. they wanted me to PAY for a rental. They then had my car for over a month (would've been almost $1200 in rental fees). They constantly said "it'll be ready tomorrow" and then put it off for weeks. Then one lady said "You can come pick up your car but it doesnt run" WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY CAR DOESNT RUN??? it was brought so you guys could make it run because your terrible manufacturing caused it to stop running. They eventually fixed it after I reached out to a manger.
I ALMOST LOST MY JOB BECAUSE THEY HAD MY CAR AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME A RENTAL. I have a house, a 5 year old kid and bills to pay, this has taken SUCH a toll on my life.
Aside from all of that, I go to pick up my car (it's got a VERY expensive tiffany blue custom wrap on it) to find GREASY HANDPRINTS all over my hood, wiped down the side of my car and to top it all off an oil spill all down the front of it?!?
So now, I have EVERY manager, gm, director etc trying to keep me from reaching the General Manager, Tim Pohanka himself. Well I won't stop until I do just that. And I guarantee neither me, nor any of my family will ever shop with Pohanka.
Might I add, my family owns MANY auto/mechanic shops down the east cost, and they are all completely baffled by how unprofessional and STUPID the person who worked on my car must've been.
I encourage to not take your car to Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg.
And let's not forget the guy in front of me who pick up his car that had a fresh paint job and found scratches ALL over it.
Yeah, No thanks to that. I will never rep Pohanka's name in a good way until something is done about this.
(And to think I almost accepted a job with them) 🤦???

My comments concern Mr. Jesse Segovia in your service department, who has assisted me on some of my most complicated service visits over the recent years.
Whatever the issue or news, he always goes above and beyond to ensure:
1) I'm back on the road quickly (I use my car for work)
2) I'm fully informed regarding what is happening with my vehicle and the nature of the problem
3) I'm satisfied with the service.
4) He has stayed late to accommodate me, worked around my schedule, and made sure I had a loaner with space enough for all of my work equipment.
Customer Service of this caliber is what keeps me coming back to Fitzgerald.
This is a person you really want to keep. I definitely do!

I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonderful experience. They are professional and very efficient. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time, and they were done in under an hour. I recently had an issue with my car and they got to it first thing in the morning. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I also appreciate their shuttle service if you live within miles. Their service department and their sales department are excellent. I was never fond of going to a dealership for basic maintenance but it is totally worth it!
Expensive part replacement resulting in car's worse condtion - svb
On July 16th 2018 my husband took our 1996 Mazda Protégé to Ourisman Mazda to get the check engine light issue resolved. At that time my husband also mentioned that the ride is rough and makes some noise while going over bumps. The service representative after inspection said that the rough ride and noise is due to the bad condition of rear struts (shock absorbers) and replacing them with new struts will solve the problem. NO MENTION WAS MADE to the effect that the front struts are also bad and that both may have to be replaced and since it is an old car the problem may not get solved with replacing only the rear ones. Since our Mazda was in a very good condition and a very reliable vehicle in spite of being an old car, we decided to get it done in the hope that the ride will be smooth. We were charged $2061.15 out of which $1535.95 was for the struts replacement (parts and labor ). Once I started using it I noticed that the ride has become a lot worse to the extent that the car jumps when going over even tiny bumps in the road and it is almost impossible to drive on roads which are less than perfect- a condition which was not at all the case before. So Mohan went to Ourisman dealer and explained the problem. They took a look at it again and said that since the rear shocks became improved due to the replacement of rear struts, the problem due to the old front struts are now more pronounced. They gave an additional estimate of $1165 to replace the front struts and also said that even replacing them may not fully solve the problem as it is an old car . Then my husband asked him that in that case why was he not informed this before replacing the rear struts costing us $1535.95. The owner admitted the service representative should have probably told him that. So my husband asked for a refund of the amount ($1535.95) as our car is in a worse condition than before. The owner refused any refund.

I have been there to get my Jeep fixed and every job was done wrong or poorly. Only thing that they do good is change oil. They had to fix a check engine light code on my Jeep and they made 5 different repairs and still got it wrong and the light still came back on every time after a day. Plus they will lie during the buying process. I purchased a Jeep and after I bought the Jeep there was broken glass all in the back of the Jeep. The trunk would not close because of this and they said that I should have looked at the vehicle more carefully before buying it from them. You could hear broken glass inside of the trunk door also when you opened it. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and will never go there again. I feel robbed...

Would never recommend. Very poor service department. Repairs not completed. Agents do not answer messages left by phone and email....just one example: have taken car in 2 times to get sunroof leaks fixed. Entire inside of car wet with condensation, floor mats soaked in water. After 2 days and $800+ paid, leaks/water recurred. On 11/11 tried to make appt. via internet but site broken. Sent emails to Brian, service agent and Bob Schrader, Gen. manager to set appt. On 11/12, called, spoke to Leo, Service mgr. Said he would have my car picked up TODAY, would let me know time. Never heard frrom Leo. By 2pm, called Leo, Brian, left messages. Still no responses. Finally got Brian on phone at 4:30. He thought Leo made plans for pickup. Did not say why never answered voice mail messages. Said he would have car picked up tomorrow. FINALLY heard from Leo at 5pm, said he "got busy and forgot". Great service!!??,eh?I Am NOT associated with VW dealership or service. center.
Service department lacks integrity! - navydave
I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and a tire rotation on 06MAY17. Everything was seemingly great, like all my other service appointments here. However, I discovered a few days later that my tires had not been rotated despite having paid for the service. The damning evidence was that I got my front passenger tire repaired a few weeks prior, and the damaged tire was marked by the tire center. That tire remained in the same front passenger location after my service appointment. So unless Hyundai implements some three-tire rotation that I've never heard of, this was an egregious example of a lack of integrity, and it can even be considered theft from a litigation perspective. I contacted their Service Department that following Saturday to address the issue, and they assured me that the tires were rotated. After presenting them with my case, they said they would investigate and call me back on Monday. No contact was made, and almost two weeks later, I've yet to receive a phone call. Fellow service members and civil servants on base, watch your six if you bring your vehicle here and double check their work.
