In my case, they took the time to explain where I had gone wrong in my calculation of a lease payment and were never snarky or demeaning about it. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. Brought 2020 Outback in for recall repair (passenger seat air bag) had to wait in service center while repairs were performed. Refreshments and snacks were readily available. Recall repairs were completed expeditiously as my wait was approx 2.5 hrs. Was quite pleased with the turnaround time frame.

I was going to buy from this dealership about a month ago. I decided to wait until after the holidays. When I say I have asked these people to stop calling me, it's a understatement. BUT what really got me mad is when I started getting calls and text at 11:15PM!! Who in their right mind would text someone about buying a car that late at night!!? These people must be desperate and trying to make a deal when the customer is sleeping! I will NEVER do any type of business with a company like that. I have been in retail and sales management for over 40 years, and I would never think of doing something like that. I wish I could give zero stars!
