My wife and I are from out of state and were recently on vacation north of Boston when our 2016 Jeep Renegade started overheating. We called for a tow and we happened to be closest to Herb Chambers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I was impressed that someone was on duty in the service department after 7pm when we arrived. Our Service Advisor Barbara A. Padget went above and beyond to put us at ease and immediately obtained a loaner vehicle for us to use for the balance of our stay. She then expedited the repair of our Jeep, which happened to be a bad cooling fan and module, repaired under warranty. I was impressed at how Barbara handled our whole situation and turned what could have been a bad memory into a great memory and dealership experience. She is an asset to this dealership.

Central Fiat Service department is the best - BarbaraD1
We recently went to Central Fiat with a problem with the car radio. We saw Shawn, who we always see and ask for. Shawn is highly responsive, easy to deal with, and very willing to explore a problem that may not have an easy answer. Shawn got the problem resolved on the first try - the radio needed to be replaced. He made sure that we knew the timeframe for completion, and that it worked for us.
We have a total of three Fiats. Two were purchased at Central Fiat. We like Fiats, but what we really like is that the servicing of our cars is reliably good at Central Fiat. This matters. A new car is ultimately only as good as the service it receives. With Shawn directing the service and repairs, we feel pretty confident in that regard.

Scheduled and appointment for service. I was told 2-3 days. It took 16. Not even a apology just attitude. Lied to through the entire process. I was told I should have had it serviced where I bought it if I didn't like it. Wow.

I have never been treated so rude or been so discussed with the service form a dealership or from any business actually as I was by the people at Fiat Norwood. From when I called for directions and they hung up on me to being asked after noticing my handicapped plates what was wrong with me and it gets worse that I can't even mention. I am not even going to get into how they deal with cars and trade ins. That was just down right insulting. Maybe it was because I was a woman coming in on my own and they thought they could walk all over me. I do not know but all I can say is STAY AWAY.
