I’m very happy that I decided to drive past 2 other Hyundai dealers closer to my home to come First Hyundai. What a great place! Starting with Katie who talked to me the day I inquired about the car I saw online. She was thoughtful and reassuring since I was nervous about not having optimal credit.
Then when we arrived we met Mark. He patiently showed us model after model of Tucson until we found the one that was just right.

It was exactly what I was looking for I love the color I love that it has dual exhaust and all-wheel drive I had a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe brand new I got 15 years out of it and traded it in for this one I've had it for 6 days now and completely satisfied with it it does everything I expect it would and my salesperson Ron Webb is a great guy I would have anybody see him he took care of every need that I had and then some went out of his way to take care of my needs very polite nice guy if anybody goes to buy a Hyundai I would suggest to go see Ron Webb the dealership itself was very good had no issues they took care of all of my problems also as soon as I went down there no waiting I hope whoever is reading this takes it seriously and have a great day

I did a valuation of my car online came up with a figure of $17,500,was also sent an email showing the evaluation.When my wife and I drove down from New Hampshire to look at a vehicle we were very interested in . while we were waiting they did an appraisal on our car that came back $4000 les then their website told us it was worth.Sales manager said he couldn’t find where they came up with the 17,500 evaluation anywhere,then proceeded to tell me that the tires I had put on my Santa Fe 5,000 miles ago at a Hyundai dealership was junk and my car was out of alignment,mind you he never went and looked at the car a young salesman went out and took pictures of the car.This place is a joke and dishonest!

I made an internet inquiry late in the evening on Hyundai's website re: 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. At 8:30am the following morning, I was contacted via email by Daynna Dimarco, Boch's Client Care Manager. Her initial email & phone conversations with me were UNLIKE any previous car dealership experiences I have every had. She was very pleasant & prompt in her responses. She made "a connection" with me via email & on the phone which was the MAIN reason I continued to investigate purchasing my vehicle through Boch Hyundai. If she didn't have the answer, she got me the answer within minutes. Within 2 hours, I had several conversations/email exchanges with Daynna who then put me in touch with Boch's General Sales Manager, Wassim Kafal. Wassim was very pleasant & professional & provided me with excellent service. When I visited Boch the next day, Wassim had another salesperson take me out for a very lengthy & informative test drive of the 2019 Santa Fe. I then met with Beshara Gebara, Financial Manager--and this finance discussion was unlike any of my previous experiences as well! Beshara was very personable, sincere, straightforward & considerate of my time! Michael McShane was my Client Advisor/Salesman and he was excellent as well. Very thorough, informative and pleasant. From start to end I cannot say enough about my EXTREMELY POSITIVE experience with the entire staff at Boch Hyundai. As I mentioned, if it wasn't for my interactions with Daynna, I would not have pursued purchasing my vehicle from Boch Hyundai. Daynna is outstanding and excels at "making that positive initial first impression"--you have 5 minutes to make that Positive First Impression--Daynna did that superbly! As I have stated, EVERYONE whom I met with at Boch Hyundai exceeded all my previous car dealership expectations. My interactions with Boch Hyundai have left me with a renewed belief that NOT ALL Car Dealerships are filled with the stereotypical "sleazy, pushy, dishonest, salespeople" which I have encountered in all my previous vehicle experiences! I purchased a van with them in may, the day I went to pickup the vehicle I got in and drove around the parking lot and notice some weird sound on the back under the car, guess what they had removed my spare. I stop went back in and called James Lewis the guy who sold me the van, he said they may forgot to reinstall the spare after whatever they had done to the van. He assured me i would have on shipped to me in a week, but nothing got couple calls asking for my address i told him is the same on file! Then one more asking for the vin sticker at the door, at this point im sorry they were asking for information they had.
To date 07/19/18 i hove no spare in case i get a flat in a highway and be a in bad situation or something they will hear from my lawyer.

Jed, in finance, was informative, truthful, and a pleasure to do business with. I know there are others I may be leaving out but everyone I dealt with made me feel like they were here to actually help me and really cared. We came to Pride after a terrible experience at another dealer. What I experienced at Pride (after dealing with the new car buying process for the first time ever) was exactly what I would hope to walk into; an honest, informative, and helpful staff, who talked to me like a person, not just a customer. I cannot recommend these people enough!
