Challenger tore my car up in the inside where the shifter at cut it with a box cutter or whatever they cut it with and banged on it where dents are all in all all around my shifter and then I had to bring it back and they have to get my car fixed and I got a loaner and now he emailed me something. We was not communicating back And say I had to have a car back 611 and I’m just not seeing it on Friday the email why do I have to pay for a loaner and y’all made it inconvenient for me by having someone in service to tear my car up that’s impossible. How do I get inconvenient for your big old effort Tearing up my car in service to my car out and it got tore up I’m just trying to figure out what is going on with the dealership because the reason I bring it to the dealership because I didn’t want these type of problems so someone called me 313-287-5912 Cuzin Chrysler dealership Dodge ram in Rochester Hills to my car up and they expecting me to pay for a loaner that they may inconvenient for me with my car that’s impossible

It was a fantastic experience! I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me. Where things stood with my breaks and filters, how much longer they should last, and was extremely polite. The guy was outstanding!

The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.

Every time I take my car here for repairs, I notice a new chip in my windshield and as soon as I leave the lot my engine light comes on. They "fixed" my fuel tank and now my gas gauge doesn't work and I can smell fuel.
