Andy Phan at Buerkle Acura worked with us for nearly a year to find a good, used, Acura RDX for us. We wanted an older model before they switched to push button shift. He found us a unicorn of a vehicle with low miles from 2014 and in perfect condition with new tires and all required service work done. He was patient yet persistent, and his follow up was exceptional. We've told Andy to find us another one and we'll buy that too.
