By and far the best service process I've ever experienced. Purchased my vehicle in September of 2019 and they included a lifetime service warranty. At the time I remember thinking, right... they'll nickle and dime me on ancillaries... So not true. Check engine light came on last week and once I determined it was a deeper problem than I could remedy I set it up to be towed and looked at. They fixed it (14 hours of labor & Parts) and all at zero cost or stress to me. That's the way it should always be. I'll never buy anywhere else.

My cayenne has been to this dealership since I've had it, routine oil changes, engine work, had a car while the car is serviced. Porsche of St Paul/ Maplewood hands down great dealership! Great staff, great mechanics, great place to wait while your car is being serviced as well. I recently purchased a used audi from salesman Dave who helped us and made it a awesome experience!! Bought a brand new 2023 bronco sport from Zumbtota Ford paid extra to have the clearcoat put on the paint took it up there and had the clearcoat put on and they were to detail it and the detailing job was awful. So Steve the owner said I could bring it back up and they would redo it. So I brought it back up and they redid it Friday back home to me and the job was no better. I called them and nothing was done about it. Detailing it twice and one was no better than the other.
