I was looking for a very specific pickup for a good while. I found the truck I was looking for at West Metro Buick GMC. They were very easy to deal with, personable, and gave me a great value for the vehicle I was trading in. I will be using them again when purchasing another new vehicle and would 100% recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

David Wilson was fantastic helping arrange the purchase of a certified-pre owned Cayenne Hybrid. He kept me gave me frequent progress reports as some parts were needed to bring the vehicle up to certified status prior to purchase. Service advisor, Justin Heug, has gone out of his way to help corrdinate installation of a tow hitch. The whole team made me feel like family from the first time I set foot in the door.

From ordering the RAV, to keeping me informed on the status of that order, to finalizing the sale today, the process was seamless! We had a lot of great chats during the ordering process, today while waiting on my trade-in value, and getting the sale finalized. Being able to chat about a lot of things other than the RAV was easy and enjoyable. Time flew by! Kris is very knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth. His co-worker, Mike Rosett in finance, was fantastic as well! He explained add-ons very well and I have to give him kudos for helping me understand all the things! My 2 RAVS from RLT in Golden Valley were serviced there as well. I can't say enough about this business and the people who work in all of the departments! 5/5 Stars I recently bought a car remotely from Alaska, and as you can imagine, it is not an easy process. Most dealerships I contacted weren't interested in spending time on a buyer who couldn't physically come into the showroom—including CarMax and even the dealers closest to me. Many refused to respond, and others wouldn't give me basic vehicle details. Troy Mundahl at BMW of Minnetonka was the complete opposite. He reached out incredibly fast with a personalized video of the car right after my initial inquiry. Because I was buying across the country completely sight unseen, I had a million questions about the vehicle's condition, the process, and the paperwork. Troy was completely transparent, got me the exact service history I needed, and even arranged to have wheel locks installed before the car was shipped. i love this place. I was in for scheduled service this time but whenever i need service, parts or sales, this dealership is tops. I had a road hazard in my tire once and it was fixed in minimal time and I was back on the road. I buy my cars here because i know that my vehicle will be well taken care of and I will be given options when available. They were particularly helpful and caring during the time when my spouse was in hospice care and I needed an extra gentle approach. They are so very human here!
