Owner Dan Klot is liar, a cheat and a thief. He prays on people in difficult situations. I recommend never purchasing from him and do not take your vehicle to him for repairs. He had my Audi for 10 months and although he eventually repaired what it went to him for he created more issues with the vehicle which caused it to run horribly. I ended up selling it to him for $1,000 just to get rid of it. He just listed the vehicle for $6500. He promises repairs his mechanics are NOT qualified to make. This guy is a snake! He is a narcissist! Any business done with Klott is making a deal with the devil. Hopefully one day he reaps what he has sowed

Sho, Parker, and Krissi were all wonderful to work with. Sho presented me with a fair to good offer for my McLaren Artura, which my wife and I accepted. We approached about 10 dealerships, and RP Exotics presented the best offer. After that, the process from start to finish was seamless. They paid off an existing loan within days and deposited the remaining amount via wire transfer into our bank account. The truck came out to pick up the car the same day as our loan amount was paid off by Krissi. I would recommend this organization. Great job!

About a month ago I was looking for used trucks and was able to find one at Lane 1 Motors. I gave the staff a call before to let them know I was interested and wanted to take it on a possible test drive. When I pulled up they had the truck completely cleaned out and doors open sitting in the front of the lot ready for me. Hakim and his staff do an unbelievable job greeting you and are prepared for whatever questions you may have about the vehicle. We were able to work out a deal on the truck in a short time period and I ended up driving away with it the very next day. If you are looking for a used or newer vehicle this would 100% be the place I recommend. Hakim and his staff will treat you right, make you feel at home, and will give you the best deals around when it comes to warranties. I was extremely impressed with how Hakim and Lane 1 Motors operates and I would highly suggest going over there and at least having a conversation with these fine people about vehicles. Thanks Hakim! Told me Capital One, whom I had a 30-year relationship with, had denied my application and secured me financing thru Ally at a 6% higher APR & $125 higher monthly payment. Capital One snitched on the dealership and sent me a letter stating although I was approved, the dealership would not agree to terms of the loan (specifically add-ons I did not ask for, and the dealership presented as $0 included items). Took car for first oil change after purchase and Nissan populated $1,367.75 in maintenance that had not been done. I've only owned the car 4k miles. The dealership did not disclose that the 105k services that were due 15k miles ago were never completed. The salesman was great and none of the issues I had were attributed to the salesman.

We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW iX5 from Autohaus of Clayton BMW in April 2019. We brought it in for an oil change in August. In September, my wife found the lower side panel of the drivers door was broken. I called the dealership and was connected to Mike Crader with the service department. We set up a time to have the mechanics check out the issue. Mike was very helpful and even when I mentioned a couple of trim tabs on the center dash were missing (I have no idea why and didn't notice before we purchased). Mike ordered replacements for those as well. A week later Mike called, got me in right away (I think he squeezed me in since I was off work the next day) and took care of everything. I and my wife are very happy! I thought this was going to be a huge hassle. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Crader is awesome and really makes Autohaus of Clayton's customers his top priority!
