Brandon, our salesman was very nice. No high pressure. I have been trying to make a deal for some time to get out of my 2015 and at long last Brandon did it. I had to go back to the dealership to have him go over (once again) how to use some of the phone features the truck has available. He was more than happy to do it again. A very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman.
Matt in finance was the best finance person I have ever dealt with. He was very personable and on a return trip to cancel my gap insurance on my trade in he also sold me an extended warranty on my wife's van. Good guy.

Great buying experience, Jeff went out of his way to make us happy and comfortable with our purchase of our new to us truck, we could have not asked for any better service, the only thing that breaks my heart is I did not notice the broken grill on this beautiful truck until after the deal was done so that just raised the price from $53,000.00 to $54,000.00 the cost of a new grill and that hurts but other than that what a great place to do business

I bought my car on May 10th from Lithia Dodge in Great Falls. On May 11th I took it back for a knock in the gears and the A/C not working. They finally got me in on June 4th for diagnostic. They told me the A/C needed a new compressor and that they couldn’t duplicate the knocking in the gears. On June 18th they got it in to fix the A/C compressor and advised that they found the knocking in the gears. They said the “gear pack” and struts needed to be replaced. I asked what the cost is to me and they said it would be the $100 warranty deductible for each, I said “no, I brought it back the next day, not months later, these are issues that should have been caught before the car was put on the lot. They also said that the parts would be in at the beginning of July, I called back after the 4th they said the parts would be in middle of July, I called back around July 17th, oh, they won’t be in until August 13th. I called today (14 Aug) and was told the parts did come in, but they couldn’t get it in to fix until Sept 11th. So I waited since May 11th, 3 months, and now I have to wait another month while knowing the parts are there and it’s only a day long process. I guess after they kept a co-workers car for a month, I shouldn’t have expected anything better.

Just dont go here unless you have to. Very poor shop, damaged my car, 6 repairs for same issue, did not follow KIA warranty requirements, made it up as they went, lying shop manager, had to escalate wit KIA, manager has no idea about KIA parts and service, so he bs'd his way through, lied too.

Don’t be fooled by this dealership. Everything was mostly painless, aside from grimy tactics to lure me in, gain my trust, and take advantage of me. Don K (specifically parts/service/auto glass repair, and “GM” travis) dealership team conducted themselves in such arrogant, abrasive, ignorant, careless, and idiotic manners- that I can while-heartedly say to God himself- people like them are what we all dread. What we avoid. What we never want to become. An individual so consumed with themselves, money, greed, I don’t know, I had the worst experience of my life after I bought the vehicle and spent over 30 hours of driving to and from that dealership for them to not only fall short on their word, but to leave me feeling so shocked that car dealerships like this one still exist. Don’t come here: don’t buy a car from here, tell people you know and love not to go there. Everything about that place is shiny on the outside but trust me- they don’t care about you. Your new baby. Your overall well-being. They don’t. They want your money. And take yours elsewhere because once you sign on that dotted line- you will forever be imprisoned to their backwards, tragically comical methods for making that Christmas bonus. you’re only as good as your word- and theirs is straight xxxxxxxx

Horrible wiring repair, looked like a backyard repair. - beaugranbois
Took my vehicle in for a repair. After they ordered the wrong part they got it installed and it didn't fix the issue. They traced the issue to a short in the rear hatch and said it was the rear latch. Which is funny because it was the one thing that was working the best. So after they replaced the latch it still didn't fix the issue and they still had a short in the system. Turns out there was broken or shorted wires in the wire loom between the body and rear hatch. So they repaired those. After a week and several calls they told me it was done and everything was working. I picked it up right before closing and everything seemed to be working until I put it in reverse and my back up camera didn't work, which it did before. I took it right back to the shop and the service guy told me he would talk to his guy and get ahold of me. It's been almost a week and nothing. So over the weekend I pulled the wire loom and took a look at the wires and there were three broken wires and three wires that had been very poorly repaired. I was an electrician on helicopters in the Marines and know what a poor wire repair looks like and how easily they fail. They simply took three 1-2" pieces of wire that were two gauges too big, poorly soldered them and wrapped them in electrical tape. So, needless to say I repaired the wires myself, all of them, properly with a hot solder joint and shrink wrap. And as I was pulling the electrical tape off of one of they're "fixes" the wire broke. I'm not complaining about the customer service or even the price, but the quality of work was that of a backyard mechanic. And now I'm questioning if the $480 in parts was the problem or if it was simply a broken wire?

just wanted to let you know when I had my jeep service that was ok but when I ask the service manger to order me a steering wheel for my trail hawk he told me 200.00 for the steering wheel and 50.00 for labor and I thought he was being honest about the price instead he was ripping me off I call jeep in Missoula they told me 70.00 for the steering wheel I call the service manger back and cancel my order he told me that he could do it for 130.00 if that was the case why didn't he call me back and tell me that price Instead he was going to let me pay that 250.00 amount this is unprofessional how can I shop local and think you guys are being honest I Hope you can prove to me that this isn't going to happen again thank you I hope the owner see's what is going on here before it is to late
