Bad communication - Bowhuntr
Bought 328d & saleswoman left me stranded at McCarran AP, took taxi at $55. Documents promised to be Fed-X'd to DMV, won't return calls from finance or title clerk. Message left with GM (Erik), no return call. I have 3-1/2 hours into my inquiry so far. All I want to know is "if" the documents were in fact Fed-X'd yesterday as promised & "if so", what is the tracking # ?

I Went to the BMW dealership to get a car after my BMW was totaled. I decided to buy a Mercedes, instead of a BMW because I like It more than the BMW. The problems started a day after I bought car due to the rain because the wipers of the car weren’t working, so I took the car back to get them fix. I also notice that the car did not come with floor mats. What kind of dealership sells cars with out floor mats. They told me that they couldn’t provide floor mats because it was a use Mercedes and not a BMW. In addition 5 days after I purchased the car, one of my tires was flat. When I checked the tire, I noticed the tire was wear off, so I took it back to the dealership and they said that I must have damaged the tire and that’s why the air was coming out. They said that I must have hit something with the tire and that why It was wear off. The manager was very rude and defensive. He refused to change the tire. I had the car for only 5 days and I had to pay 259 for new tire. Not good management, extremely rude. They need to practice their customers service skills. Do not buy from here, bad business.

Went for test driving a used Macan on 10/8/17. Rob Cameron was very rude and condescending . We left the place right-away and bought the car from Dolan Lexus who had much better customer service.
