I brought in one car for service and decided to look at returning/trading our lease for our other car. I tend to do this when I come here, which is why hubby says I can’t get the cars serviced anymore. This is the best place I’ve ever experienced for buying/leasing cars. No pressure and they answer every question I have.
SCAMMED ME ON BATTERY - Steffen05
Took my car in on a Friday a couple of weeks ago because I was having trouble with the car turning over. They were quick to reply, saying it was the battery, and my car was done that afternoon.
After I picked up my car, it had the same issue when I tried to leave the dealership.
I immediately went inside and brought this to the Service Advisor's attention, who told me not to worry about it, that it happens with a new battery and new terminals. All weekend I was having the same problem, so I brought it back Tuesday. This time, it was the "Inhibitor Switch", which they changed and was covered under warranty.
I inquired about whether or not my battery ever needed to be changed, I had not been provided a copy of a BATTERY TEST result (as per their company policy), I never had any trouble with my electronics not working, and it just seemed extremely coincidental that my battery and inhibitor switch would go out at the exact same time and, supposedly, cause the exact same problem.
I asked about getting a copy of my BATTERY TEST, and was told that all invoices get sent out to a warehouse where they are then scanned for digital proofs. I was told that I would receive a copy of my battery test, in my email, by Friday, 10/5. That never came. I reached out to Terry Kimbrel via email twice, as suggested on my INVOICE, and never received a reply.
I believe ABC Hyundai replaced my battery without ever testing it, assuming that was the issue, and now they won't own up to their mistake. They supposedly can't provide me a copy with any BATTERY TEST showing that my battery was faulty, I had the same exact issues after my battery was changed, and everything was fine once they fixed my faulty inhibitor switch. Coincidentally, they decided my battery had died 4 months after the warrant expired and, coincidentally, my inhibitor switch went out at the exact same time.
I have lodged a complaint with HYUNDAI CORPORATE and am sending a DEMAND LETTER to ABC Hyundai this afternoon, via certified mail, which is the first step in the process before taking them to small claims court to recoup me for the $350+ they charged me for a battery that they have no proof that I needed.

Have to make an appointment now even for oil change which I did... Appointment was at 3 got there at 2:50... Was told go see this guy go see that guy yada yada finally they said" just stand by your car*. 17 minutes later which by the way I was going to give him till 20 and then find general manager .

She said how are you I said hot she said nothing no apologies no nothing okay I said now since I have appointment will my car be done since it's just an oil change in about half hour She Said nope one hour hour and a half... I said well then w why am I required to make an appointment.. before appointments it was an hour and a half she said that's the way it i I thought rude... Alright so hour and 15 minutes later after I'm sitting there my car is done go to the checkout girl she says you need rear brakes pads have very little life in them and you need to get them replaced soon and your windshield wipers blades.. I said I just had the 40000 mile service thing that cost $250 done 3 months ago and they were srpposed to replace the blades.. I said I just did this 3 months ago. She said will let me go double-check maybe they marked the wrong box it's computerized hello.. she comes back with no you need to replace them .. it's only been 3 months she said no you are responsible for replacing after explaining it three times she was like I don't know you you are responsible for doing it...LIKE I DIDNT KNOW THAT.. . She was not going to budge ..try to accommodate me because why should I have to change windshield blades when they were just done 3 months ago allegedly. now I'm beginning to wonder.. go to mechanic elsewhere he pulls out the brake pads and shows me that they are still. very good ..even compared with a brand new one just to show me that they were still very good.. and my blades they're in great shape there's no cracks not dry .. there is nothing wrong with them... my mechanic told me no problems with those. I'm assuming that they would think that I was stupid and say oh yeah go ahead and replace them... I'm a female but I am not stupid... I have never dealt with so many rude people between the service girl the cashier. By the way neither one had names on name tags or if they did they were covered up by something so apparently these girls know that they're bunch of rude individuals and they're just trying to hide their name so I cannot make a complaint about them.. I work in customer service with the public all my life if I was as rude as these girls I would be jobless.. the only reason why I checked one star is because there's no zero.. I ONLY CHECKED A NAME BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST THIS REVIEW I DID NOT DEAL WITH ANY SALES PEOPLE AT ALL ONLY SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONE PERSON'S NAME I GOT WAS ABRAM PINA HE WAS RUDE TO.. I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR I DID NOT DEAL WITH BOB I HAD TO CHECK A NAME OR I COULD NOT GET THIS REVIEW POSTED... Last thing I know my car is a Kia and I was at a Hyundai dealership but that's where I purchased it..

I bought a 2017 Sonat a jun e 2018 and was concerned with the road noise took it to Carson City Hyundai for some answers among with a service they said I needed a total alignment I agreed and about 5:30 they called the car was ready. The first of this month I took the Sonat a back to them for an oil change, while the car was in service the manager called me and said the mechanic said I needed more done like a crankcase flush? I have never heard of this in a beer new car. Also I now feel the alignment that they said I needed either wasn't done or was done poorly as the steering wheel seem cocked a little bit. I may need this redone, but not by them. I may be a rare case but I'll drive to Reno before going to Carson City Hyundai!

Here are unbiased facts considering I just went through a month of Las Vegas AutoNation Collision Center xxxx.
Let's start with the people. 4 + weeks my truck was in that shop should not have taken that long. So when I started calling my contact at AutoNation Las Vegas and sending messages and text asking for progress and when I can expect my truck to be finished, went unanswered. So I went to AutoNation in person. My representative was not available so I left a message that he did not return. Two days later same thing. No response. There was a time issue that they entirely disregarded. There now exists a quality of workmanship issue that can't be described in words. This is a 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually Crew Cab and long bed. Barely a year old. The paint job that AutoNation in Vegas did left about 15 to 20 drips from the top of the wall of the truck bed down to the floor of the truck bed. You can pass a magazine through the spaces between the side walls and the tail hitch. Other runs all over the vehicle that were tried to buff out unsuccessfully and then clear-coated. Damage that they didn't even notice to think about repairing. The vehicle has no true straight to it now. They only painted half of the bed although they had to repair and straighten the entire bed.
And then I bring it back to Houston where I live and give them an opportunity to get it right, and how did they respond ? not returning my phone call! Under no circumstances would I use Las Vegas AutoNation Collision their representative assigned to me was absent never did really talk to him except on delivery. And the manager without getting into real detail about the conversation I can assure you can be shrunk with Preparation H. Feel free to contact me on this issue because I stand on ground that is granite while they sink in the crap that they did for me. They should be grateful that I can't post these pics. Obscene

They do service on all cars, though they do have specialty with European imports. They are friendly and professional, and give you a ride to work after you drop the vehicle off. Unlike most places, they will install your own parts for you (instead of denying you if they are your own parts).
The work was good and the price was decent, not too low but not too high. There were only a few minor imperfections but I'm a picky guy. Like they used Castrol 5W30 synthetic when the Mercedes dealer uses Mobil 1, 0w40. And after a super-complicated custom job installing my own aftermarket suspension parts, which I was LUCKY to find someone who would do it, they didn't catch that the camber was slightly off (as it always is after a job like this). Whereas the Mercedes dealer did catch it. But I knew that would happen ahead of time and I am very satisfied with these guys. I would go to them again for this job, and also for other jobs where I know exactly what needs to be done.

I brought my vehicle to C.A.R.S. for the first time to service a check engine light problem. It was that time of year (DMV registration). The code was a vague one that could have been a multitude of possible causes. I am so glad I brought it here because if I would have replaced the part that I thought it was (catalytic converter), I would have spent a ton of unnecessary money and would still not have fixed the issue. Not only did Avi figure out the correct problem, but he also saved me money on another part because he was able to repair it. He even took my car to the smog shop for me. Avi is a good hearted, honest, guy that really knows his stuff. I will definitely come back again for any future repairs.

Don't go over this shop. I took my car over there to repair for my accident damage on the right side, but turn out they damage my left side and try to blame it on the accident and get my insurance to pay them more. Appraiser said it will take 10 business day to repair, My car was in their shop on August 16th, and I MAYBE able to get back the car this weekend on 09/24/2011. I used up all 30 days rental policy and pay for my own now. On top of that, i get a subwoofer and amplifier in the back of my trunk, now they told me it is missing on 09/19/2011 afternoon after they told me i can finally pick up my car on 09/24/2011. Regardless if they do a good job or not (I don't think they will do a good job) DON"T EVER GO THERE. THEY CHARGE HIGH PRICE AND WASTE YOU A LOT OF TIME. I have to call their rep and manager 3-4 times to get a hold on them, they never return call or call you unless they made a mistake. Spend countless time to deal with their problem and mistake while I am a paying customer. The job they charge over $7k for one side damage
