While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

She took the time to walk us through all of our options and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Ryan Boulter, the Sales Manager, was equally great to work with—approachable, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Sales without service - 2014 Sierra

I experienced a bait and switch style sales pitch, but relented just to get the purchase done with. afterwards the service department was unable to resolve an issue. I scheduled an oil change and as I left, spilt oil was burning off of the exhaust. A trip to another dealership resolved the afore mentioned issue in 20 minutes. Profile GMC is just in it for the Buck! How General Motors can allow them to act as a representative, Is beyond my comprehension. OHHH I said it myself.... It's an ACT!

I am a loyal GM Driver yet I take my vehicles for service (other than warranty stuff) to this Buick dealertship due to the excellence of their service department. Greg's oustanding knowledge of vehicles and his professional approach to customers, along with the workmanship of the mechanics, makes me feel satisfied and I never get the feeling I have been cheated, which is the reason I return time and time again and also refer this service department to my friends.
